I done this workout feeling angry and irritated at myself because of things I'm avoiding doing and putting off (exactly as you spoke about at the end) you said you recognise this in yourself and dont love that part of you. I can totally relate and you've inspired me to work on showing love to that part of me and offer kindness so that I can let go of the resistance and get these things done (eventually haha) Sending lots of love to every part of you. great tried and true no repeat cardio and love when you talk through cool down. i so relate to low level anxiety toward those type of things...i made a rule for myself that i would not procrastinate even for a second, just do it right away, all logistics like that and i keep showing myself it's no biggie, hoping one day the anxiety is like, "hey i don't belong" lol.
