    It was a hard day for me, emotionally, and I really needed some Tracy energy to cheer me up. I picked this workout because I figured a no repeat would distract both my mind and my body. It did. Thank you. xx

    What a great workout. I got kicked out of my basement and had to do it in the living room on the big screen. I had to take breaks because cardio is hard for me. Thanks for posting all these great workouts. I look forward to Moving Daily.

    I did this one a year ago. Still thought it was fun and effective. Very challenging moves and Lily was just a little pup , so adorable. Thank you

    one of my new favorites. it was nice to have no weights for a change, and no repeats! I think this will be a good go-to workout when my body is just not feeling weight training. thanks tracy!

    This is the first workout of yours I've ever done, and I loved it! It was great having such variety and a lot of unique moves that kept me sweating and my heartrate pumping. Thank you for this, I look forward to trying out some of your other workout videos soon!

    Thanks Tracy! This was great. I done this workout feeling angry and irritated at myself because of things I'm avoiding doing and putting off (exactly as you spoke about at the end) you said you recognise this in yourself and dont love that part of you. I can totally relate and you've inspired me to work on showing love to that part of me and offer kindness so that I can let go of the resistance and get these things done (eventually haha) Sending lots of love to every part of you. Thank you 🙏🏻💕

    Thanks for the cardio workout! Great start to the day and week! I didn’t sleep well last night, so I didn’t feel like doing anything this morning! Glad I did this though. I feel much better after working out 🙂

    great tried and true no repeat cardio and love when you talk through cool down. i so relate to low level anxiety toward those type of things...i made a rule for myself that i would not procrastinate even for a second, just do it right away, all logistics like that and i keep showing myself it's no biggie, hoping one day the anxiety is like, "hey i don't belong" lol.

      How about a plank shoulder tap, but in bear position? Nice and slow, so there's no twisting
