The Nocturne in Ab retains the traditional A-B-A form, with a melodious A section leading into a bristling and dramatic B section. The return of the A theme is much bolder, as if overcoming the darkness of the B section.
This piece has a type of imagery of kids playing on a sunny nice day running down a road with trees on the side of it and two lovers on that road. That's what I think of. Incredible playing seemusic!!
Nocturnes are strange. Both hands together is usually quite simple to grasp. The ornaments are usually a little tricky. The hardest part of a nocturne; however, is making it sound musical, in my opinion.
