2. Well disciplined while talking to customer and while giving back payment to the company or logistics.

like your profile would be of managerial kind and you have to manage the sales and work in the direction of making sales better

He should have required information about the routes, locations and city in which he is serving
He should have understanding of the language of the city
He should have some basic knowledge about the company he is delivering product of ..
He should know how to ride bike or the vehicle he is using for delivery...

Before human resource planning ... but theoretically it is done before job description is released...
@@dramitlal but sir when we go through the methods it have a method as personal observation where the analyst observe the workers doing the job and then prepare the report .. So sometimes it seems like its done afterwards.
