    For managerial posts, I am divided between technical conference method and interview method. The interview method can provide greater insights into day to day working activities of a manager whereas the Technical conference method can only gain from a handful of successful managers at the top. Interviewing managers can help us look at what makes them good or moderate etc.

    For managerial role , data should be collected through critical incident method in order to know individual's past experience, knowledge, communication skills and attitude towards the job.

      That's a good option but not a suitable one .... as its demerits may lead to lack to some critical information

    For managerial level posts, Critical Incident Method will be best option to chose as it will give us the insights into the most of the work done by one. It will give us the past experiences and the suitable solutions that will the manager in the future.
