Weller spat on my dog in 1975. I had the dog stuffed and mounted by the door with a Rickenbacker in his paws. When you press his nose it plays the chorus from 'Town called Malice'. ...FACT
My god how we need music and joy like this in the mad times we are in. Love this always but you only realize the real joy music gives you in the darkness
I recently passed my driving test. This is my favourite driving tune. Puts me totally in the zone. The best of Weller and The Jam has been on more less repeat for six months. This and C'mon let's go for miles and miles.🤣
Quite simply the master.of his generation. Outlasted or outlived his peers, putting out incredible and smart material. Punk, rock, power pop, pop, jazz, soul...you name it. As much as I love Strummer, Weller just made more music for a longer period.

The violinist did such an amazing job not at just their job, but looking so beautiful by smiling while they were playing! Really loved this as much as the main performance!

Paul Weller is probably one of the most talented active musicians worldwide. His influences are so widely spanned, his ability to adapt has always been so obvious and his talent so fresh that he can hardly be (shout to the-) -topped.
Paul Weller is simply the greatest modern day artist to have come from the UK in 40 years.
The blonde woman on violin 🎻 fills me with joy she is feeling the sheer joy of playing that class track.
Paul Weller is pure genius. For his outstanding contribution to music Mr Weller should be knighted.

He is in the same division as Paddy McAllon and Lennon/McCartney.
I totally agree
Can’t imagine him accepting that kind of award with his political views of the establishment
Found Paul Weller in high school and danced with my daughter at her wedding to this tune. Thanks Paul.
Absolutely one of the best arrangement and orchestration all time. This song is simply incredible!
Amoooooooo❤❤❤❤❤
Parabéns❤❤❤❤❤
Weller is one of the few performers that are so much better live than in the studio. The studio versions never really did him justice.
Few decades between the two mate...cos they'll be a difference
The finest English poet. Since Ray Davies of. The Kinks,
Paul Weller forever
The second John Lennon.
Totally agree💯
If you loved The Style Council long ago, THIS IS STUNNING.
Mr. Weller you are like the good wines, just improving with time
Solid, talent. Across 30 years. Respect to the Weller.
Solid, bond. 😉
The most underrated artist of the last 50 years
