    I just watched your video (May 2024) and I can't say thank you enough. I could not find any information on how to change the image on a Collection anywhere online or Zazzle, but your walk-through helped me figure it out when you did the collection image and banner. :) I sometimes too think it is my age, but I really don't think there are enough directions for these online platforms. :) Thankfully, there are people like you. Wishing you health and happiness!

    I am new to Zazzle and am completely overwhelmed!! Your video was helpful in that I don't feel quite so alone in my confusion! 😵‍💫 I will continue watching your videos as you at least show the exact process of how it all works. Thanks so much for that!! 😊

      Thank you for your kind words Dorothy! You are not alone, we are all confused lol. And right when you figure things out, Zazzle will change things anyways, so I'll try to keep up and keep on posting! And this is random but Dorothy is one of my favorite names.. Was my grandma's and she was one of my favorite people in the world.

    Just getting back to Zazzle and now another hitch. Feel like I have to go back to school and learn it all over again. Thought I was getting the hang of it. Here we go another rodeo. LOL Thanks for posting this I will stay tuned in.

    I had all the same issues & I thought it was just me not "getting it" I searched my usual RUclipsrs for guidance but nothing on this subject. I searched Google but when I came back to RUclips your video showed up.Thanks so much! Just subbed to you

      Thank you Ruth!! I am sorry you are having all the same issues too! I know it's new so hopefully they get all the glitches worked out AND explain to us exactly what this is supposed do. I think it's probably just an easier way for them to advertise collections somehow. But lots of work for us. Anyways good luck with your store and wishing you lost of success!

    Hi Lisa. I’ve been working in my collections for days and had the same issues at the beginning. I found that with several of my wedding suites, I had actually miscategorized them and that’s why they were showing under bonus products and not in the proper slot. And when I was researching what other artists had done, if I scrolled down on their same product, I saw how they got to the proper categories. Sometimes it’s odd the road Zazzle takes to a certain category. Then I still had some that weren’t moving to the proper spot. I emailed support and they told me sometimes it takes a few days for them to move and sure enough it took several days for some where as others moved right away. So double check that you have that in the proper category.

    Thanks for this video. I just read the blurb that Zazzle had on this new collection stuff yesterday and it boggled my mind. Your video clarified what they were talking about quite a bit especially when you opened up the get started screen. I could see they kinda walk you through step by step. I still need to go back and read the article again but this video gave me the motivation to get started. It doesn’t seem so overwhelming now.😊

    Hey Zazzle ...Can anyone answer a simple QUESTION creating collection is easy self explanatory. But how to add products to that Collection?????

      There are three ways.
      1. When you are making the product, there is a part that says, "add to collection" .It's right above where you put tags in.
      2. When a product is already made, on your products page there is a dropdown menu under each product. Right click on "actions" then "add to collection."
      3. If you click on your product, above your product there is a bar with many actions and one is "add to collection."

    With your coastal save the date, I could see “invitation” at the end. If it hasn’t sold yet, perhaps transfer it to a save the date in the categories and delete the one on invite paper option. That should help. If it sold already, maybe try making a second copy on a different size where you make sure to pick out a save the date product.
