Hi don’t know if you check comments or not but I was just curious I have recently started watching you’re channel and have a question when you rescue eagles and hand feed them I know it’s because there weak at the start but over time do they not learn that you’re helping them/feeding them as once there healthy they go back to fearing and wanting to avoid human contact.
Thank you for your interest. Captivity is very stressful for wild animals, they just want to get back to the wild where they belong. As soon as they can feed themselves, they are left alone as much as possible.
@@GowildlifeOrg you guys got the info how to apply for the feathers? I am a Hopi Native American from Arizona, and I can sure use the hawk and eagle feathers for our traditional dancing. Thank you appreciate your work and videos
We have hawks here in west Texas that grow so big people mistake them for eagles from far away. Then as you get closer you realize they are hawks and there are PLENTY of beautiful huge hawks hunting here on the west Texas plains

Question: What is "ferruginous" about the Ferruginous Hawk? The "ferro" would indicate something (Latin) about iron, right?
Martin you keep saying this will be the last time you can release a animal at the “C” overlook. Why? Has the city or state now prohibit raptor releases at the overlook?
Martin said that because it will be snowing soon.
@@Mafaldita1230 Ah. I thought it was permanent. Yea that could present a problem.
Snow moving in!
@@GowildlifeOrg Got ya. Stay Safe
You guys mentioned that might be the last time you can release things at that site. Why is that?
Soon under snow!
かわいいね。イーグルは、種類が、たくさんいますね。口を、空いて噛む気満々にみえますね。🦅🦅🦅🦉🦉🦉
So cute😊
I like how all the wild hawks have that same extremely annoyed look on their face when being handled.
They definitely have better places to be
Hi don’t know if you check comments or not but I was just curious I have recently started watching you’re channel and have a question when you rescue eagles and hand feed them I know it’s because there weak at the start but over time do they not learn that you’re helping them/feeding them as once there healthy they go back to fearing and wanting to avoid human contact.
Thank you for your interest. Captivity is very stressful for wild animals, they just want to get back to the wild where they belong. As soon as they can feed themselves, they are left alone as much as possible.
Looked much healthier after some of that Rabbit! I love getting to see them sometimes here in Arizona. Mostly Red Tails.
They are a sight to see!
Nice hawks . Do you guys give any feathers to the Native American tribes if the birds don't make ? Love watching these videos.
No, we send them to proper agencies who handle them.
Then as you get closer you realize they are hawks and there are PLENTY of beautiful huge hawks hunting here on the west Texas plains
how lucky WE are!
Gods work
good job guys
Thank you for your interest
