Martin’s wife is incredible. We forget to thank her enough because she’s usually behind the camera, but none of this would be possible without her. Counting the off spring of birds 🦅 saved, the populations must be tens of thousands healthier. Only donated $5, but I’m pretty broke. lol
Great point Kay.. This little guy really was very anxious to have that first meal!! We didn't expect that >delightful to see that strong desire to eat and survive! 😊🌹
I always shed a tear when they get released back into the wild. Not because I'm sad, but so thankful that there are people like Martin that take the time and effort to help these beautiful animals and give them a second chance. Thank you so much! Hope to visit some time
Thank you for helping that young red tail. He almost seemed like he didn't want to go at the end. He was enjoying the free fresh pigeon you were giving him 😂
I do hope that people that call Martin for a rescue will donate something. This is a small nonprofit and it’s a very worthwhile cause. They can’t operate otherwise. And his book is great!
Happy birthday Martin. You're not allowed to die by the way, so 10,000,000 more. Walking along a highway with a juvenile redwing tucked in. You're both so wonderful, and every bird out there is grateful.
Aaawww. That poor little guy was so hungry. He really gobbled up those mice. Wishing a wonderful birthday to Mr. Martin! 🥳 We are so thankful for all you do! 👍
Where I live in Melbourne Australia there is a husband and wife native Magpies. Last year for the first time ever they had kids. I feed them a little. The kids are still alive. The parents especially the dad sings to me for breakfast. They are really beautiful and the kids squak too. It’s lovely, I always loved birds.
A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, MARTIN! May God bless you always and keep you safe and healthy. Thank you for taking such good care of God's magnificent creatures both large and small. You and your wife are both angels here on earth. 🙏🏼❤⚘🙏🏼❤⚘🙏🏼❤⚘😇😇🎂🎁🎈👍
This man, Martin, deserves donated gifts from wealthy people in the amounts of $100 thousand, multiple times a year. I’d like to see three wealthy people start off the new 2023 year doing exactly this, next week.
Happy birthday we appreciate everything you do for these critters. May god continue to bless you, give you strength, and the tools to continue your legacy for the love of animals…
Have you ever rescued a hawk, but it's behavior made you realize it had been raised by a human? It was the string you found on him, and the way he didn't fly away that made me wonder. So happy to see him go back to freedom in the wild. Happy Birthday 🎉❤
We did find one that had been raised by humans before, several years ago. It was terribly obvious. This little guy was raised by his parents, but he had such a quiet personality.
Happy Birthday 🎁 Martin, I am still overwhelmed with all the good you and Sue do for wildlife, I found your site about 1 and 1/2 yrs ago and watch as frequently as I can.
Happy Birthday Martin! Rainbow Red Tail is a beautiful hawk that would have died without your care. I think he was reluctant to leave what must have seemed to be a five star resort 😊Best wishes and thank you for all that you do for wildlife.
Happy birthday Martin. 🦅 That part of the video, with the rainbow in the background. That's a beautiful moment. Love red tail hawks. Thanks for rescuing him.
Good stuff Martin, and happy birthday, and nice job with Rainbow Red. You made him feel so at home, he didn't want to fly away and leave you in the end. I don't blame him, as we all know how tough life can be out on your own. I guess he thought, I can't leave my babysitter, that gives me easy kill pigeons -- I'd be a fool to leave. You even had to shoo him off in the end, and still he only flew 20 feet away, and you could have captured him again. Good luck Rainbow Red. Thanks again for what U do Martin.
You make it look so easy to give him fluids . . . . It's amazing to see how 50 years comes shining through!!!!!😆 You too makes such an incredible team 😁
I don't understand why but you inspire me to write, so here it is. I hope this does your video some justice, Thank you all & Happy Birthday Martin. Redtail Dreaming. The Rainbowand the Redtail is a glorious sight, Fighting through the day to survive the night Wet to the bone and starving to death, Martin saves the day with kindness in his chest On a beautiful day September '22, Your time has come to see life A-new Fly now my baby for you are free and soar the currents with wings held high, Forever live life on the wing and Sky..
Martin, you are an awesome person. Thank you for devoting your live to these animals. The world needs persons like you and you are an important inspiration for all of us. God bless you and HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
Martin is right, the Hawk has a great disposition, and very calm. Would be great for Falconry, although I'm no bird expert. Good luck in the wild Rainbow Red :)
Brave man picking it up without leather gloves on, those talons look pretty deadly. He seems quite habituated to his carer and happy to stay around him.
Happy Birthday Martin. Thank you for the rescue of that beautiful red tail. That rainbow was a definite sign that you show you care. What a wonderful birthday gift for you. Here’s to many more.
I think that little one looked at you as an odd looking parent. He's had a scare and he will have to start taking care of himself better - I think you got to him just in time. Thank you sir!
He is so cute. He started to look straight at the man when he gave him food and when he got tossed into the air, he also looked at him. I would have talked more to the bird and given him a kiss. He actually became a bit tame because he was so young.
Happy Birthday Martin, it's always a pleasure to see a video from you. Thank you for rescuing, raising and caring for these wonderful birds and other animals until you can release them back to their natural habitat. God bless you🍀💫☘️
1:25 mannnn, say what you want but that’s some nice quick cat like reflexes you got going! Seriously, great video, and for real, even if it was wet or whatever, lots of things can go wrong just at that step alone trying to net a hawk, so my props to you sir 🙏🏻
Love this at 7:36 when Rainbow Red-Tail is looking for more food. Brought joy to my heart. Happy Birthday Martin Tyner! Made me laugh when Susan nearly got your birth year wrong. Born back in 1855 haha!
🎂🎂HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARTIN!!🎂🎂A true leader for all of humanity to follow. We are all supposed to be the caretakers of this beautiful gift. You've contributed so so much. It's immeasurable. There are no words to describe just how sacred you are to this planet. I wish you all the best and hope to see you rescuing and rehabilitating birds and raptors for another 50 years. Congratulations, your finally "over the hill"
I never get tired of Martin’s videos. Watching him use the net to capture a bird - he makes it look easy, but I am sure it is not easy, and takes much practice.
Happy Birthday Martin. I love watching you save the animals. The best part is always seeing you release them back into the wild. I have saved red tailed hawks that somehow get stuck in my screened in porch. The screen is loose in sections. I think they were going after small birds that saw a safe place on my porch. The hawks didin't know how to get back out so I just picked them up and put them back out. They were pretty big but not very smart. I live in North Georgia.
Happy birthday, Martin! Thank you so much for everything you do for those beautiful animals, and for these beautiful animals (people reading your book, watching your videos and so on). I've learnt a lot from you even never ever having met you in person, and I truly appreciate your effort. I'm also glad you've got such a lovely family and the way you support each other is absolutely inspiring. Take care! PS: You released the bird on my dad's birthday. Great coincidence!
Happy Birthday Martin!! Many many happy returns and successful critter releases ! And thank you once again for the tremendous work you and Susan do for thème 🥰🙏
that red-tail was quite willing to scarf down the food you gave him... normally they are more hesitant. i always wonder after you let them go and they go back to the wild. getting there own food and all . i wonder if any of them are thinking " damn .. i shoulda lived a life of luxury back at that shelter " lol
Born in 1855???? Hahahahahah, that's so funny. :) Funny things aside, thank you Martin for all that you do for these beautiful birds!!! ...and other critters when needed. I am comforted to know that someone is out there helping these amazing birds. And happy birthday!!

I don't remember ever seeing a rescue eat on his own so willingly -- the rainbow is certainly a sign of hope for the Red Tail!
Great point Kay.. This little guy really was very anxious to have that first meal!!
We didn't expect that >delightful to see that strong desire to eat and survive! 😊🌹

Unbelievable, I think the first injection had drugs in it.
Hungry, hungry hawko! Yum yum. Rainbow very good sign.

I'm really glad there's still people out here who care enough about these animals to call somebody that knows what they're doing to help them out
There’s more people than ever by far that care, volunteer and put huge effort into taking care of animals, but Martin is truly phenomenal.
So cool that you have other people release the animals. TY
This man, Martin, deserves donated gifts from wealthy people in the amounts of $100 thousand, multiple times a year.
I’d like to see three wealthy people start off the new 2023 year doing exactly this, next week.
I have rescued baby red tails in the same situation. It’s like they sit at the side of the road asking for help. Birds are super smart!
That baby looked so happy to be in Martin's warm arms getting a good meal. Than you for all you do.
Wild birds, even adults, really do love the warm arms/hands. Always calms them down.
Happy birthday Martin

Happy birthday Martin and a hundred of these days!! 🎉🎊💯🥂🍰👍👏👏
