Thanks for helpful video
I have question if you don't mind
How to activate the zoom option which allows you to create zoom ppt as prezi for example
Thanks
Thanks for this video. My next question is how do the people participate in this quiz especially when I put this in a PowerPoint presentation via Zoom.
Hi Kevin, you have been a priceless gift to countless learners..
Thank You so much... I learned many things and advice other people to watch your videos. They are just simple and best.
This was a great video. Well explained and helpful for a teacher like myself. I especially like the part where I can leave the points blank so that it calculates evenly for all questions. I had to go back to that part because I was wondering how it calculated the 67% in the top right corner. I honestly thought I was obligated to put points in there. So in the past, I used to have 4, 5, 10, 20, or even 25 questions because they even out to 100% but because you informed us that we can leave it blank and we see the outcome of it, I can now put any number of questions on there, knowing that it will calculate correctly. Thank you Kevin. You’re a blessing.
As a teacher who has just started an online teaching recently, I found this video exceptionally helpful. Thank you Kevin.
Device. Z
This is indeed a great way to quiz your students and collect comprehensive information from the students, but as a teacher you will need to spend a bit more effort to prepare the quiz and retrieve and analyse the data collected separately in Forms. ClassPoint in natively integrated with PowerPoint and Teachers can directly create, run interactive quizzes and review the students responses RIGHT INSIDE PowerPoint. And, It’s FEEE.
This is amazing! I could see so many people leveraging this in the workplace and I was wondering if you could still track the results through forms as the quiz creator but it looks like you can based on your tutorial. This will be a game changer for so many people. Awesome and very insightful vid. Thanks Kevin! :)
Everytime I came across and watched your videos, things became easier and comfortable. Thanks Kevin. You're such a BIG HELP
Wow - for some reason I never would have thought of using Forms in Powerpoint - this is amazing! Thank you - definitely sharing this one!
Thank you Kevin for helping me... It makes easier my students' life... Much appreciate it
Great video! I'm a facilitator and typically use a Microsoft Teams meeting to teach new content to the company I work for. I usually use PowerPoint and share my screen to display the content in the meeting. Is there a way to have the audience participate in the quiz live time? Besides just putting the forms link for the quiz in the MS Teams chat? Or emailing the PP deck in advance? Those two I know I can do.
This is of big help to teachers like me. Thank you very much, sir! More power!
Fantastic information Kevin! This is really useful when you are delivering a training and want to make the session bit mire interactive. :-)
Thank you! Very detailed and as always very insightful.
You come up with real productive content. Great work!

I just love to watch your videos and these are very helpful in my online teaching.
Hi Kevin, Thank you for making PowerPoint seem so much easier to use. Could you make a video of how to make and share a game? While the quiz is functional, I would like to create something a bit more fun for my students. Thanks
Sir you are the best and if you do the coding then give the tutorial for coding also. I am learning now java. And I see all of the videos of yours. Thanks for your all the videos of Office 365.
Very informative tutorials it gives me more ideas how to maneuver PowerPoint quiz.
Perfect. Thank you.
I don't have microsoft 365 and can not have quiz in powerpoint but from microsoft form i can do it. Thank you dear kevin. Please keep it on
I will definitely use this in the future. Thanks for showing this 'how to'.
You're a genius! Thanks!!
Love this. Thank you.
Great video, Kevin. By far, the best explanation.
Sorry if I missed it or perhaps has been answered earlier. From the creator's point of view. How are the names of students created? Are they automatically generated based on google or Microsoft account or perhaps any other way?
Thanks so much Kevin!! New subscriber! You're awesome!
Always great info! Thanks for sharing your expertise.
Again why didn’t I find you sooner. I am going to use a quiz with every PowerPoint from now on. I have to have one every day since school started and I did not know how to track who saw it or understood it. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR TEACHING. I am going to be a better teacher because if you.
Very Informative Kevin..keep up the good work
Thank you Kevin it helps me a lot
You are a great teacher. Well done..and thank you. Back to work now..
I love the content Kevin. This one in particular, however, I am having trouble getting the addin to download and function. I am a Nurse Educator and this would be an awesome tool if I can get it to function. No problems adding any other addin, so I wonder if it is just the Forms addin? I gave up and requested my hospital IT team to solve the problem and they are working diligently on it but they seam to think that is is a problem with the addin. I was just wondered if any of your viewers were experiencing the same problem and possibly can offer a solution? Great stuff man, you are awesome, and thanks for sharing your experience with us.
Your tutorials are extremely helpful. I like how you zoom through the process and get right to the point. Will this quiz work once the PowerPoint is exported to an MP4?
yes
Hello Sir! 😊
Thank you for this tutorial! It will definitely help a lot of educators. Unfortunately, this, also, only works with an internet connection. Right?
Another great tutorials. Kudos Kevin.
Hi Kevin, Thanks for all these wonderful videos. When can you do a session on creating detailed network and business drawings in PowerPoint for people that don't have Visio? Regards.
This has a lot of potential. Thanks!
Very informative. Thank you.
How do you come to know what am I looking for?🤔
thank you this information is very helpful..
Very useful sir to all educators
Very informative and educative.
Hi Kevin. Thanks for sharing so many useful things on your page! Regarding a quiz, as I don't have the versions business or education, do you have any other ideas or add ins to use for powerpoint? Thanks.
Thank you Kevin!
Nice Quiz video. I'm curious: if I make such a quiz, (i) how do I distribute it to people, and (ii) where do the response info end up/where is it stored?

I seem to recall a past video on FindTime/New Meeting Poll add-in, but I may be wrong. I tried to use FindTime this week to send out a meeting polling to some 25 people (inside and outside of my own organization, some of them probably use non-Microsoft e-mail systems) with 11 optional dates for a meeting. Clearly, I didn't use it in a smart way... I had multiple problems:
1. As an organizer, I was not allowed to propose time slots where I already had appointments. This was frustrating, because I wanted to keep existing meetings, while also allowing for the possibility of overlapping appointments where I could later decide which meeting is more important.
2. The same problem for other invitees: it seemed like Outlook could take a peek into their calendar (perhaps only in my organization) -- if some invitees listed in the "To:" field had appointments already, those slots were blocked and couldn't be selected. Frustrating -- I'm sure they, too, would like to have the freedom of assessing which of overlapping meetings they'd attend. Anyway, I solved this problem sort of by moving all invitees to the "Cc:" field.
3. Initial responses seemed to indicate that the FindTime system worked. But then some people reported they could not see the optional 11 time slots. (They use Exchange Server.) Later on, they figured out they could register choices in the iPhone version of Outlook.
4. At some time, the system appeared to go crazy... and I started to receive e-mail messages every time someone selected a time slot. So if one person selected time slots, I received 5-6 e-mails with confirmation.
5. For some reason, it also seems like one of the dates had been selected by the system, and not by me. I have no idea how that happened, but suddenly one time slot (September 8) appears to have been selected. All of my proposed time slots are marked as "Hold" in my calendar, but on September 8 there is in addition listed 6 (or more) confirmed meetings in parallel -- all being the same...
6. I have also checked the temporary report about the polling. Two of the invitees are now listed as *required* participants. I have no idea how that happened -- everyone were invited via the "Cc:" field.
--
Anyway, this has been a somewhat crazy experience. It is not clear to me what I did wrong, or whether there are bugs in the system. I know you don't work for MS anymore -- I don't even know whether FindTime is a MS plug-in. But if you have a video on this, I'd like to go through it again.
wow i never knew about this option. Thanks a lot! But is the form still answerable in slideshow mode?
Yey another video by Kevs. You look so good today. Btw Microsoft Duo is announced, hopefully there will be tech reviews from you in the future, specially using MS Office Mobile.
I'll have to see if I can get my hands on one 😉
Oh thank you so much Kevin......
Being an educator this really helps.....thanks a lot..... wonderful videos as always
On a lighter note......you should have stated this very early.......cause there was no quality content of the videos earlier......👍👍😀😀
I love you bro. It helped me more than other. Keep it bro.
great tutorial.. thanks a lot!
Beautiful and very useful. Let me try in my next class.
thank you this is an excellent video, it helps me a lot in providing quizzes to students
Kevin you are AWESOME!!!! How do the participants interact live during an MS Teams class or presentation. I do know they can click a link or QR code which takes them to the form. How you participants interact directly during the MS Teams PowerPoint presentation, do they have access to the PP slides, if so are they protected.... etc.
Great👏👏 hard work sir..,........ I salute you😻
Hi Kavin, I follow your vedio for my daily usages. Request you to make learning lessons on MS project & how can i get the free version of MS project.
Thanks a lot for really really amazing learning vedios
Kevin hi, it's a great video. I want to know what is the benefit to create a quiz in forms and insert it in power point or only create it in forms and used it from there.
Agreed @Betty... It needs to be able to update in real time in a presentation
I enjoyed this video. You are amazing! Can we do a live poll? And if so, can participants in Go To Webinar complete as the presentation is being conducted. Go to webinar has polling but it is weird, to be honest. You launch it and it goes into another screen
Thanks Kevin..will you please a video on polling tools...
Really helpful video tutorials. Thank you. I guess I will still have to paste the link in Chat for my delegates to complete the quiz themselves. Is that correct?
Kevin, I love the videos and feel like a I learn a ton with every one I watch. This will help me a lot but I don’t understand how I send a PowerPoint with a test and then get the results? Do they send them to me or will I just have and be linked to the PowerPoint?
Hey kevin! Im just wondering how do you learn all these things because it too amazing for someone to know all about microsoft immediately. Lol. You did incredible.
Working at Microsoft for a long time helps :)
Hey Kevin! Great video. I’m also a teacher that uses your videos and has shared with all my struggling colleagues.
Question: can you embed a quiz in PPT and also pull it up in Teams and have students take the embedded quiz through Teams? I wouldn’t do this for a traditional quiz, but for class warmups each day this would be great!
Yes! In Forms, under sharing, you can copy a link to the quiz. You can use the quiz in both PowerPoint and in Teams (by pasting the link into a channel). Cheers!
@@KevinStratvert but... how?
Thanks Kevin this is very informative and useful for my online class. 2 thumbs up! Can you make a how can I give certificate of completion after completing the evaluation for a particular online activity/training ? Thanks in advance.
Sure thing, I'll add to my list! Cheers!
What a great learning experience!!
Brilliant video. Thank you... Is there anyway to have each question on separate slides?
It would be also very useful if it can display in real-time in a powerpoint presentation
Thanks immensely. Just wondering in what scenario one would have to embed a form inside a ppt.
It is really helpful, can make video on " How to make quiz in MS teams?".
Sure thing, will add to my list!
Great… thank you 👏👏👏
Thanks another good tutorial. Do the people who fill in the quiz also need 365 accounts or can they submit anonymously?
Yes, it really helps us in online training, Is there any option for setting pass grade, ex 75% is pass if someone won't score it fails. Currently form does not show the pass or fail.
Hi Kevin, thanks you for all MS videos you've shared. You're are good at very good at this.
How do you record a MS Teams meeting with a laptop that doesn't have a webcam?
My laptop doesn't have a webcam and the option to select "record meeting" its always grey.
I'd be very interested in seeing the next step whereby we could export the PowerPoint for distribution to our students.
Love it,,,, it's help me.
Just one word for you kevin Excellent
Hello Kevin, nice video. What is the advantage of having forms in PowerPoint as we can directly share with students directly. Also are there any add-ons for Microsoft forms just like Google forms add-ons. I love your presentations so much that now a days I'm presenting just like you without noticing. Thank you.
Ultimately it's just another way of sharing a quiz. For instance, if you have instructional material in PowerPoint and at the end you want your students to take a quiz to test their knowledge. You could also just share a link via Teams as an alternative, although it'd be disconnected from the content. What types of add-ins are you looking for? I'll have to play around more with Google Forms to see what it's capable of.
@@KevinStratvert Thank you for your quick reply. Yes it makes more sense now.
Is there any addon for auto certificate generation for Microsoft forms just like Google forms have add-on for auto certificate generation ( certify'em and Autocrat for example).
So helpful thank you
Thank you for the video
Kevin l enjoy your presentation I requesting that you prepare a presentation on creating a mathematics quiz involving equations . I'm chemist a teacher based in Zambia
It would be nice to combine the Quiz and the Timer, being able to decide how much time people have for every question.
very helpful.
Very clear explanation.....
Kevin bro....do v need Internet for create ms ppt quiz????
Great 👌
Hi Kevin, twice you mentioned features that are completely missing from my 365 version for Mac. I cannot figure out where the missing features are and I have the latest version.
Thanks for the video and the same was useful. But while posting the survey or quiz with MS-Forms, is there a possibility to create a rule, which can allow users to share the quiz only within the members of the Organization
Excellent presentation
Hello Kevin, probably a dumb question but how what format do you share this PPT? I am recording my PPTs as a video but if I wanted to add a quiz on our online training what format would I keep the PPT in?
Thanks. Very interesting. Is it possible to make one question per slide?
Amazing
Nice video!!
Way to go!
Hi, Kevin - Thank you for all your videos! I am having an issue with the Microsoft Form that I have inserted into a slide - in Presentation Mode if you scroll it goes to the next slide instead of scrolling down the form. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much
Thank you kevien
Thank U Thank U U great
Hi Kevin this is great alternative to creating a quiz thanks, I was wondering if you might know how to create a quiz where the question has multiple answers below it that are initially invisible. I would like to ask the question and as people say answers click them to appear (fade-in, whatever.) I haven't found a way to do this that doesn't make me put the animations in a certain order. Can this be done? Thanks again and keep up the good work
Very nice video
Kevin,
Thanks for the excellent content. I do, however, have a quick question. I attempted to insert the Forms group in the Insert tab. The tab loaded but the Forms tool is not present. When I go back in and remove the group, make a custom group, and insert the Forms tool, the tool is shaded. Do you have any idea why this happens?
Thank you in advance.
hello Kevin Stratvert... I am new to Teams this year and I was curious if there is a way to Upload Files to multiple Teams and Channels at once??? PLEASE Help
Thanks , the video is great. Just that I lost the points, how you distribute this quiz to your attendee ? I thought it was in the middle of powerpoint presentation.
Thanks for your explanation in advance.
Kevin, thank you for the excellent videos on your channel. I have a question. When I show PP in Teams and then want to show a different one, it does not let me do it. I had to leave the meeting and sign in again to show the different PP. Please, help me. How to show two different PP in Teams not leaving the meeting. Thank you!
@KevinStratvert I first found you when I was learning shotcut and now you are teaching me so much about MS products. Wonder if you can help a gal out though? I have done the same things for many months to send a toolbox talk with a form for testing or confirmation of training, and this week, I can only send the form. The PPT does not connect when I send the form. any suggestions? I've followed this method to a 'T' always.
Can the students answer directly if this is presented in Live Presentation?
