I would like to have a multiple question form, in which you only answer one question at a time. During the presentation, the audience answers one questions and clicks submit, you see those responses on the screen in the presentation, then the presentation continues, question 2 is further down the presentation, they now have question 2 and click submit, responses populate, etc. I don't want the audience to have to complete answers for all the questions at one time to submit responses.

Would be annoying an audience all waving their phones to read qr code for each Q... whilst presenting
How does this work if you were to forward the presentation and presented from a computer where you weren't logged into 365 like at a conference?
