Suleiman, in his princely harem, had three women, including Mahidevran, who are known to have given him sons (and one of which a daughter as well). I'm not sure who the fourth you're referring to is unless you're attempting to reference Hürrem herself? Regardless, it was only the younger Suleiman who had plenty of women. By 1524, four years into his sultanate, ambassadors were describing him as "not lustful" as he remained constant to one woman-Hürrem. So, yeah, the historical Suleiman would have found his show's counterpart inability to remain faithful to his wife pretty dang ridiculous for a whole host of reasons.
Honestly the way they destroyed Suleyman's character and his relationship with Hurrem is the only thing I truly hate about this series. They managed to get Halit Ergenç who plays the role so well and is capable of being likable while intimidating and he was just the right amount attractive. He also had amazing chemistry with Meryem Uzerli and Vahide Perçin and they truly wasted him.

Here one can't mention Hurrem because they met only when he became sultan, but if you look at mothers of Suleiman's children she was one more women who gave him more children. For the rest you said, I think that historical Suleiman wasn't completely faithful to Hurrem since Mahidevrans daughter Raziye sultan was born in 1525.

Beyond that, Mustafa is upheld as Mahidevran's only child, so Raziye is typically believed instead to be a full sibling of either Mahmud or Murad. Even without that, she certainly wasn't born in 1525 when it's believed that herself, along with the other two şehzades I mentioned, died of a smallpox outbreak in 1521. The only children born under Suleiman's reign as sultan were to Hürrem-this is historically proven and supported.
