Hey brother can u show how you tested the cdi,coil etc with the ohms meter and also show what the values should be ?im getting intermitting spark and its drivn me nuts
yes no problem, intermittent spark is usually CDI, or loose connection, first bike i bought had intermittent spark it was a loose connection on the igintion coil, it would wiggle loose! lol
very well could be, i just send the wires from the cdi to where it needs to go, i could make a video on it if you like. might be doing a 200es clean up next. but basically i take a 200m cdi which has like 7 wires and send the wires to where they need to go so one 2 wires for stator, pulser, and ground

How did you make your test harness,I believe my no spark problem is in the harness?
