I built a 30x60 pole building back in 2019. My county requires you to submit the building plans and the site plans before you break ground. They get really picky about "improved ground" where the ground will be covered or graveled over. They even take into account the amount of driveway you will need. Some things I did right was I copied your metal ceiling in my shop and I used OSB to cover the walls. Looking forward to watching the build.
OSB is stronger for the walls and can take more damage , so I can't throw stuff when I get frustrated. LOL It was a verbal ok , so a couple people told him to get it in writing as verbal agreements can get screwed up. So when he submitted plans , thats when they said no. The coding people and inspectors are definitely sadistic and hateful to people. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the county trying to get an address for my vacant property and every person I talked to said they dont know, or "I just started working here." They dont deserve to have a government job and be so ignorant. They are impossible to work with.
They get the government jobs because they can't cut it in the private sector. The government hires them because either they get welfare or they kinda work for a paycheck. . Lol thanks for watching

Ya he wasn't too happy, the prices doubled. That building cost 90k for the shell. In 2018 , would of been 40k
