Great video! Just a (possibly stupid) question in relation to the video you did on standards (ruclips.net/video/M7rbLiUzFRw/видео.html). Would you use the cat 1 program above (or the full version of it) to get to a "Score 1" player, or would you use it as a "Score 1" player to get you to "Score 2" player?
Alan, good question. I would run that simple Cat. 1 Player Program for players with low training age (and so low relative strength). By following simple progressive overload in the strength-endurance/ hypertrophy ranges, you can improve max strength in young athletes (as well as other benefits).
