    hey I am 15, height:5,9 and 70 kg my upper body is big strong and aesthetic but im struggling to grow my lower body mainly size any suggestions?

      Begin ure workout with 7 minute high intensity static bike... Focus on exercises that use all you're leg muscles eg:sqaut, lunge ect... Deadlifts, jump sqauts them finish off with high resistance 10 min high intense bike ride static

    Hey coach, how would you recommend training someone in off season. I read few books and first thing that is mentioned is to get movement part down which mobilitu and stability and then you can start building strength on that base, then power speed as far as s&c is concerned but i am stuck at first phase of mobility and stability, i know how to train core stability but mobility is major concern, i suck at it and online someone gives stretching or someone give really high level stuff. Can you please give me few exercises to get that first phase down or can you make a video on it. I would really appreciate it.

    Well done mate. My max with that weight is 18 reps. Aimed for 20 for a while and i just cant get it. Oh and im 83kg so not to shabby i guess

      Don’t limit yourself! Our scrum half is 5’7 and he’s a beast: fast, fit, and strong! He push press 90kg, bench presses 125kg, trap bar 180kg, has a 1.65s 10m time and runs a Bronco in 4:45s! Work hard and get after it 💪

    I wanna try these. I can't do squats for except for quads so I wanna try front squats. If I squat flat footed and barbell back squat I fall backwards😂

      Yes. Very simply tempo runs are running to a set distance within a set time. Typically at 70-75% of top speed. Rugby player’s can use various distances for tempos, we’ve used 40m, 50m and greater distances.

      Hi mate, you can use a bronco or a yo yo IRL1 to estimate MAS. And account for the deceleration/ turn. Just total distance divided by time (convert time into seconds on bronco pace).

      @@BharatIndoria yes indeed. Obviously the whole lift has to be fast. But a common mistake is loosing position before the knees because it was rushed - then the whole lift is off.

    I still don’t understand what autoregulate, RIR, RM, Progressive, and the percentages mean, and how to use them for the weights I should use after getting the program.

      @@AstaLeybra Hey there, have a good read of the introduction page of the programme - that outlines everything. RIR : reps in reserve. (How many you have “left in the tank”. RM: rep max Progressive: if you can, add weight. If you can’t, use the same weight as last week (based on your form and perceived exertion). 75% 1RM: use 75% of your maximum. Does that make sense?

      Yes, thanks so much, in progressive should I increase the weight in each set as well, and even if it doesn’t say progressive, if I feel I can do more should I increase my weight?

      @@AstaLeybra in progressive aim for all sets with the same load and close out the prescribed sets/ reps. Of course, if you get to set 3 and think you have more to give, load up. Just never compromise on technique!

    With the high pull should my shoulders be retracted at the top with elbows sideways like im using a rowing machine? Thanks

      @@newglorydays-yu6bb hi mate, it’s going to depend on your shoulder flexibility somewhat. Especially your internal rotation ROM. Ideally you want to stay over bar until the very last minute when you turn it over. I would suggest a much better demo from my own would be Torokhtiy - have you seen his stuff?!
