We bought this printer from you guys and we received 0 support. NO manual, NO instructions, NOTHING. The ink was not included but we were never told that little detail. When we ordered the ink, it took more than 3 weeks to arrived. FYI its almost 3k on ink for the R5070L. Finally after almost 2.5 months after receiving the printer a technician came out. However, the technician didn’t even know what he was doing. The printer gave him a code and he was not able to figure it out (the problem was a loose cable) so he left. He told me that an Epson technician would come out and that he would finish the training. When the EPSON technician came out. He was just there for the technical part of the printer they don’t do NO TRAINING!! We even drove 4.5 hours to your store and left with zero answers. I had questions on what type of material it was able to print. The booklet at 0:52 would have been very helpful. Please do yourself a favor and go with It Supplies. Their printer actually comes with knowledgeable technicians for training and great customer support.

Epson needs a true DTF printer. That would be awesome.
