Hey brother, Life rip buffed 2x times, so Vora finally would be a worthy opponent!
Could have done a few more small,little, extreme changes like the maps and maybe the ability to melee and maybe the option to crouch along with drogos being a flying Frontline tank with 3,000 health with a green health bar of 1,200 of that health being the only shield that can be healed. But this update overall is fuckin lit!

Overall I have mixed opinion on new item store
Base kit illuminate is great
Resillence split would buff characters like Pip who has Slow Catalyst or Chicken Ultimate
Guardian buff would make shield stronger = stronger tank = PIRATES comp. IMO Guardian should also work on deployable like inara wall, IO pet etc
Haven split is interesting, it introduce counterplay. There's still veteran for more health
Hoard is either too strong or too weak
Old veteran is back and it's busted on Yagorath and Lilith who regenerate blood health
Bloodbath, no more "True Healing" and great on support.
Trigger Scenet is fine considering how many tanky item in the shop right now. Need price increase

This update is definitely to test interest for Paladins 2.
I tried the items in the PTS and one is skeptical, for example, Trigger Sent will probably make champions like Caspian and Omen more broken than they already are and gain high damage in lobbies. As for the skins, I’m not used to Grover being a dragon I’m used to him being a tree, however; I’m highly interested in the Omen skin seeing him as a dragon than a rambunctious skeleton will be interesting.
Finally, old veteran is back for playing yago yay!
You must be happy Vora’s getting a buff, my Friend was….look great so far too, not many complaints.
Cant wait for smite 2. Why? Because if its launch is successful ,big bro smite might throw paladins a bone... #Paladins2

7:52 I've always wanted that chance for kasumi, ever since her launch, I'm so glad we finally have this but unfortunately they made the talent that would synergise with it dog water again 😭. I swear, unfinished business will never have a chance to be good

No, trigger scent will not be broken, we had an item in the past that added 5% dmg(ler stage) in general for all match not for 5 sec and it still wasn't considered broken, imagine buying and item to increase dmg for 5 sec while u can buy an item that reduce dmg taken by 8% for all the match....
Don't like Trigger Scent; Evil Mojo has done a good job removing damage amp talents (like Jenos) in the past, realizing how many breaking points he enabled, and I feel like the same thing's gonna happen here. Really hope it gets turned into something else.
Also, don't think the base Illuminate 1 is enough for how Skye currently is. Should be Illuminate 2 at base, or somewhere between 1 & 2. Furthermore, they REALLY need to nerf Skye before they roll out the Illuminate changes, cause a Skye meta will be miserable to have to deal with.
I’m so sad rn because I was literally going to come back to playing paladins when this update dropped but now that I’ve seen the Caspian changes Idk anymore. Ig if I do I’m gonna have to change a little bit with him sadly. Also VORA DESERVES TO BE IN THE GROUND. I dislike the buff to her, she deals too much damage imo. (Btw I’m in no way good at this game so please take that opinion with a grain of salt. I just don’t know what to do when facing a vora 😢)

Trigger Scent wont be op. I played this game in 2016 when aggression existed. Aggression was better than this one since you didnt need eliminations.
I deslike the hoard item. useless item that simply makes you have only 3 items instead of 4 must have items. its like running buldozer into nothing that requires that. I consider that item a troll pick item
Just make the item shop more complicated for new players instead of fixed the damn game and improving the tutorial. This update is shit 😂
