Just made this cake and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Only things I did different was add just added a lil cinnamon and nutmeg in the cake batter and put pineapples on the side of the dish as well but didn’t crush them up like you did but other than that I followed what you did and it was sImple yet SOO good! Thank you

I make this cake almost every Thanksgiving with the pineapple upside down cake mix adding the pineapples and cherries. I like your idea of adding the crushed pineapples to it. I will try that. Your cake looks amazing. Try it with whipped cream on top it is delicious.
