    Some of the best things I’ve ever heard about training is “don’t compare your chapter one to someone’s chapter 50” and I just always tell myself “stay in my lane” I don’t worry about what others are doing in the gym, for that hour it’s a time for me to focus on myself and pushing myself

      Exactly! You’re at the gym for yourself, not others.
      There are times that what others are able to do that I can’t really gets to me. That’s when I remember, “One day, my max will be my warmup.”

    This is why I started following you, you're so genuine and sincere. When you explained that we should be aware that everyone's journey is different, it was really important to me, because sometimes I think I'm not making enough progress or maybe not fast enough progress, and I do work hard at the gym, and do see difference in my body, but I see this another girls and sometimes they make it seem so simple to get where they are, and it isn't. Everyone has their own time. So thank you so much, Krissy, to be truthful and keeping it real. You're a gorgeous person, in an out. ❤️

    you give amazing tips!!! it's one thing to be handed the exercises and reps/sets, but you breakdown exactly where you should be feeling it and how to get there through each movement. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
