When I feel that way (which is more often than not lol) I take a step away from the piece for a few days and come back with fresh eyes!

15:05 As a mycology enthusiast (can't claim to be a know-it-all tho!), it actually is commonly called the stem (or stalk). More technical name would be the stipe.
*edit* Just ninja-editing to also say I really appreciate you creating this amazing artwork with default brushes!
This is a really cool picture and I'm stoked to try it at some point and I subbed because of that (and, I admit, I was tempted to check it out by the glowy mushrooms!), but probably when I have more experience.
It's going a little too fast for me at the moment and even when I pause and rewind, some steps are still flying over my head haha (like how to make the glow around 26:20). As a novice, if this was meant for more experienced people then I completely understand! But if it's also directed as fresh users like myself, a tutorial like this would be really helpful if the movements were slower (when selectilg/adjusting tools especially), and the voiced explanations were done before/during the task (I don't know how to explain it well, apologies!) instead of during/after (if that makes sense?) because otherwise I'm still listening to the explanation about one thing, but the video is already doing something else and it's making it a bit harder to understand and follow.
That being said, though, again just really wanted to express my appreciation, because you have amazing talent and experience. Really looking forward to seeing more of your stuff, thank you

Why not try using words like 'select', or 'choose' or 'opted for', or a few others, rather than 'grab' -- that's a word more pertinent to smash & grabbers, sexual gropers, child snatchers & land grabbers, & has a quite negative, unpleasant connotation associated with it... grabbing implies stealing & in general, up to no good. Pity it's entered modern vocabulary used as a positive sense...an Americanization of the English language, I suspect.
