I find those Kriyas feel unattainable to me and I would like to do them but not sure how to work up to them.

I would like to share one of my experiences during this yoga. while doing yoga where we expand our hands and we do feel that energy is flowing from left to right and creating an arch overhead... I was feeling the energy in my head(Right side) is it a good thing or I am doing something wrong?
It's beautiful Rozy! You're not doing anything wrong! The energy always naturally flows where it needs to go. Sometimes we encourage it with our mind to go in one place and it arrives at another. In that case, just trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it needs to in that moment 🥰🙏
Hey! I have one question for you. Sometimes when we have to hold our arms high my neck is holding tension . Sometimes i have to put my arms down for one second because of pain. Do you have tips? Still, joining u in the practice and it is doing a lot for me! Almost time to bring it outside again!
This is okay! It's very normal with many of these Kriya to experience difficulties and need to take breaks. One of the aspects that makes these practices so transformation is they provoke us into meeting out limits and going beyond our 100%. This expands what we are capable of. So the point IS to challenge you. It IS to push you into a place of discomfort, so that you can watch the mind and start to realize where your boundaries are. Also, I would encourage you to check and see if it's the body that's saying "I can't do it anymore" or if it's the mind? Often our mind gives up long before the body. This can be a great training to developing inner strength, resilience and self confidence; when we realize that we can do much more than we think we can. So try to go beyond the mind when this resistance comes. That said, never push your body beyond its limits! If there is true pain or a risk of injury, stop, takes breaks or adjust the practice in any way needed. But if it is just the mind being lazy, weak or self limiting, this is where you want to try to go beyond it 🥰🙏
