Absolutely love the Suter swingarm, it's made for function, but looks fantastic too. . . I would buy one but for the cost, I'm not fast enough to deserve an elite level piece of hardware either !

does changing from stock to a suter swing arm raises the seat height? or it will be the same as stock?

It comes with a new linkage and adjustable pull rod, so this is up to the user.

Why do you delete the abs in a road racing application?
Is it because of regulation?

Some remove it because of race regulations, but some remove it because they find it intrusive (Yamaha's abs system can be quite intrusive and noticeable on the track).
Though there are still some aftermarket abs.
Removing the abs is still up to the rider tbh (Some find it again, intrusive)

Because it's not needed and in general limits braking performance on motorcycles.
