Hi ... You maked 2 bobin.. the first whit 198 loops and the second with 9 loop... there I can see 3 ?,,the another bobin that you measure whith 10.1 volts?? How many loops have the another bobin? Thanks
I have my ups transformer that i wanted to rewind for a spot welding... 60m x 45mm = 27cm core area... 42/27 yields to 1.55 turns per volt and @ 220v * 1.55=341 turns in primary... and this is based on other utuber.... i am not having electrical courses but i love doing things involving electricity. I wonder why you comeup with 220/198=1.11... and 198 is far beyond 341 turns... please help me understand, and the rule of thumbs
merhaba. bilimsel hesaplamalara göre 220 volt için 367 spir yapıyor. videoda o ülkede şebeke 110 volt. buna göre bilimsel hesapta primer 184 spir yapıyor. yüzde 10 toleransla 198 spir sardı. kısacası sizin hesap 220 volt için doğru. yani siz 367 tur sarmalısınız...
Ne jamais faire ce genre de spot welder aucun contrôle d'intensité, manche en bois collé à chaud au bout de 10 pointage la température des électrodes va faire fondre la colle et le bois risque de brûler ⚠️

La bobina de 9 que da 9 v a 10v es para alimentar el circuito de control de intencidad.
