    A good spot welding nickel strip will not burn. The nickel strip burns on your welding. Because you use it at low voltage, high amperage and for a long time. Use at least 12 V and a duration of 0.01 seconds.

    He hid the AC power and transformer parts from the front image, making it appear as if the welder is powered by batteries only. (It's for the electronic circuit only, as all knows) This was intentional, as he connected the output leads directly to the circuit that image! Clever way to draw attention, I like that. lol.

    Estuve viendo el video nuevamente, lo que construiste funciona, pero ¿podría ser mas cómodo? ¿seria muy complicado hacer que el interruptor esté directamente en el soldador? osea, la idea seria que con una sola mano puedas apoyar el soldador y con uno de los dedos de esa mano apretar el interruptor para que se produzca la soldadura, de esa forma se podría tener la otra mano libre para sujetar las baterías o lo que sea.

    It works but In this project the 555 does not work as a timer but as a simple comparator (you could use a common operational amplifier instead). Then why you use the a big transformer if you need energy for very short pulses? It would seem simpler to have a capacitor bank that you could charge from the same power source.

    • @RJEDITALL
      @RJEDITALL  Год назад

      Yes, but There is a long wait for pulse with capacitor

    • @BrisbaneHymns
      @BrisbaneHymns 4 месяца назад

      Simplicity could mean a few different things. A capacitor bank is costy whilst you can get those transformers from garbage microwaves for almost no cost (not every time though). I think he rehashed one of them too, considering the part number of that transformer.

    Хорошая работа. Но витков во вторичной обмотке мало. Нужно наматывать так, чтобы там не оставалось пустого места. Даже использовать для этого мыло. И уменьшить время сварки. Тогда не будет перегрева (чёрных точек) места сварки. И держаться будет надежно. А у вас очень не надежно.
