The space sets displayed together look fantastic…the theme and scale of those sets look amazing against the cloud backdrop. Excellent utilization of space! Be safe and well!
Wow, empty boxes on the duct work is a fantastic idea!! They're light so it doesn't impact anything and it adds a ton of flavor. Some of those boxes are meant to be seen.
If you want to cut the mdf plates without chipout, say for making your own display shelves or something, you need a saw blade made for laminated mdf. It is slightly thinner for less resistance, but more importantly it has more teeth, which creates a smoother cut. Using the default blade for this is basically futile, as that is intended for plywood and lumber.
For the gaps in the wood, you could get some flex caulk that expands up to 600%, tape off both sides of the seam, fill in with caulk and then wipe clean with a wet rag.
Hello Mr. and Mrs. Brixie! Always loving these update videos. Studio is coming together into the final stages. I can't wait for placing the buildings and campground and the zoo and the park, so that the lego people can get back to their routines.
Brickse, check rebrickable, I believe there are blueprints for a Lego mobile launch tower, for that Saturn V rocket, at the same scale. And you could thus easily modify them for your other two rocket launch setups, so you have three of those beast, with a rocket loaded on them, which would thus be pretty epic. So consider it, Bricksie.
The Space sets go great up there. The pipes actually kind of give it a little extra "Space" vibe since spacecraft usually have pipes and tubes around and on them. The gaps in the melamine aren't noticeable to us viewers on video. Making good progress on the new studio Jordan!
I love this! Looks so good having a diorama up top. I don't notice the gap at all. Looks more like a border on camera. If you do ever decide to switch it up the space sets could look really good along the silver air return too.
Space display looks like the Air & Space museum by my house. Could make a display out of it where minifigures are walking around like the amusement park. Looks cool!
I like the space area for now. Its a good spot for them however what if you did a mini version Lego city? Like you could just do small houses or like the GWP Houses of the world with a small road system or something of the such. Another idea you could do a minimalist lego city like I've seen done with disney skylines on rebrickable, "Its a small world after all" lol
Like the space display. My only complaint is it's hard to see the white on white. The grey baseplate looks like a launch pad. Think I'd do it all grey so you could see the items. Just a thought??
It would be really cool in the future to take advantage of the height of the walls and paint the space above the clouds. This would make some good ideas for displaying Star Wars and NASA stuff
So close to being done. It is awesome seeing the progress. Can't wait to see how you are going to set up the city. For under the table when crawling you maybe can use the mats like the ones in your basement to keep the knees from getting sore.
The space stuff is overshadowed by the background. My suggestion would be to find a large piece of black fabric and black tacks to cover the pipes. Also all the white NASA doesn’t display well on white, needs contrast. :)
The top section of the lunar lander is 180 degrees off, the exit door of the top section should line up with the ladder on the base section. You have the back section over the ladder
I would recommend putting in the additional legs now rather then when the bowing starts. Make it a lot easier on yourself laeter. It is easier to do it when the tables are empty and light.
your could built a few shorter table of different size so you could use them on the bigger table or put them down to give texture, scope and different shape to the city
You could rip the 2x6's in half for the legs as well. The 2x4 in the middle of the table will also need support. That can be bridged between the extra legs you add. Melamine is not a stable enough material to stay flat without proper support.
I have the same sterilite walmart drawers, copied pretty much from you, and I think you can get some more utility out of them by placing another row on top. You won't be able to see into them to pull out pieces but it would be great, more easily accessible storage for bricks you use frequently but not THAT frequently, or stuff where you just need to grab the whole drawer down anyway. In my case, I store vegetation and overflow PAB bricks there, and sometimes slopes. Just food for thought before you buy pretty new topper shelves for the units.
if the gap bothers you, you don't need to twist it, you could cut off whatever the gap is at the far end at the near end to nothing at the far end and slide it left
I haven't been commenting it up until now, but I want to make it a proper thing, so I will now be commenting my daily streak progress on EVERY Brisksie video!!! Wish me luck :) Current streak: 25 days
I know you don't do off-brand stuff but do you ever take MOC inspiration from them? There is an off-brand MTV Moonman award trophy that I think would be a neat MOC for you but instead of MTV for the base you could do the RUclips play button and then for the flag you could get a little decal of your channel logo printed to put on it. Could use the Lego Astronaut as the base for the actual person and then just MOC the rest.
Looks great. But... sorry.... the Apollo 11 Lunar Lander... you have the lander itself displayed umm... backwards. The door (hatch) should be facing outward to see all the detail instead of the backside. Sorry, it's the obsessive compulsive in me. 😉
Given the amount of joinery work that you've done yourself and the investment into the actual studio, surely it would have been a better finish to have a proper joiner/cabinet maker build custom units for you... but, I guess you working on it is content. :)
I've been debating on whether I should get the Artemis Launch System because it looks really repetitive. For anyone who built it, how was the build experience?
Turning the lunch area into the launch area
I my oppinion you should add grey base plates and make bumps and hills to make it like the real moon
I was thinking the same thing, he could even base the builds of the craters in the same style as the ones featured in the Apollo Lunar Lander
The moon isn’t real
May be he might add a moon landscaping under the set s 😊 like he seed

You could put up the logo wall art.

Going to work on my Lego studio! What an awesome job!
Can you show in a separate video how you made the base for the Saturn V?
Hello Mr. and Mrs. Brixie! Always loving these update videos.

A rubberised space play mat like the ones for X wing miniatures game would look nice under it
A suggestion: What about placing a shelf above the coffee area to display pictures, your RUclips plaque, or smaller to medium sized LEGO?
Your my favorite RUclipsr bricksie
Studio tables and Space sets look

It would be cool if you paint that space area black, the models being mostly white would really pop!
I love this! Looks so good having a diorama up top. I don't notice the gap at all. Looks more like a border on camera. If you do ever decide to switch it up the space sets could look really good along the silver air return too.
My opinion is that you should do it how ever you want it and as long as your happy I’m sure it will look great
You should build the launch tower for the Saturn V!!!
I love your space setup❤
Space display looks like the Air & Space museum by my house. Could make a display out of it where minifigures are walking around like the amusement park. Looks cool!
Keep up the great work!
Just a suggestion for the hole in the furnace room: cover it up with the lego bricks with the names of your first followers ;)
Love these kinds of videos. Keep them coming
Go with the baseplates and a bit of moon moc. Maybe even use a few vintage space plates.
You could use some of the spare melamine to hide some of the pipe work behind the space area.
I like the space area for now. Its a good spot for them however what if you did a mini version Lego city? i like it
Barad-Dur on the top corner area overlooking the city would be dope.
So close to being done. It is awesome seeing the progress. Can't wait to see how you are going to set up the city.

You could Make the base plates look like the moon surface

And Oilers bring it home 5 to 1 against Vancouver!
Love the progress you’ve made so far; lot of work in a short period of time
I really liked the space sets on the shelves, the diorama idea sounds great
If the seams bother you. You can use white duct tape. Its a good colour match to the melamine and its cheap
The top section of the lunar lander is 180 degrees off, the exit door of the top section should line up with the ladder on the base section. You have the back section over the ladder
man i wish i could call something like this as going to work
I would recommend putting in the additional legs now rather then when the bowing starts. Make it a lot easier on yourself laeter. It is easier to do it when the tables are empty and light.

Just the thought of a massive ski-hill from the current space display all the way down to the main floor. That would be sick! 😆
That saturn base plate launch pad is fantastic 👍
i love what you have done there
You should make the space display into a space diorama. Like make the ground look like mars and make it a space colony
Not to be annoying but you should always stack your wood laying down on evenly spread bearers if you stack it leaning up it will sag and bow
Making a mini space mural behind it :)
Looks great
My Saturn V has been standing on a shelf since it came out. Pretty close to a door too. It is more stabile than it seems

the Artimis launch system would look pretty cool in the Lego City
Turn the top above your furnace into a Lego Space Centre
Coffee and a Bricksie video, Best way to start my Saturday!
My phone always autocorrects to "coffee" when I'm typing "tea" too. ❤ 🍵
Looks brill luv
You should add some moon baseplates with gray baseplates if you’re going to do that.
Why not build a shuttle launch station which would hold the shuttle upright
I bet some white T-molding would fill those gaps nicely.
Excellent work! 🙂😀
I wonder How tall one can build a skyscraper good build idea the Lego city sports stadium maybe with a custom retractable roof It would look awesome!
An empty "space" filled with "space" sets must have been a subconscious trick your brain was playing.
Your work is always incredible! Thanks so much for sharing and inspiring me
Fill the gap with white caulking if it bugs you. I think it looks fine👍
Do you ever pinch yourself and think - wow look at what I’ve achieved? If you don’t, you definitely should. Love your channel
I wood think so as well
if the gap bothers you, you don't need to twist it, you could cut off whatever the gap is at the far end at the near end to nothing at the far end and slide it left
Looking really good. Love your clean style. Really well designet LEGO studio :D
Be careful with the lightining since all of the space sets basically consist of white pieces and can easily go yellow
Great. You're back in the studio.
I can help but think it would be amazing if you had a space launch NASA area in your city and then had a moon base up there that they were flying too.
I haven't been commenting it up until now, but I want to make it a proper thing, so I will now be commenting my daily streak progress on EVERY Brisksie video!!! Wish me luck :)

Looking nice. You going to be adding the Technic Apollo Lunar Roving Vehicle to that display this summer?
Love me some space sets! Looking great dude! 😊

Is there gonna be a Ninjago City district in your new lego city?
Great episode, a Bricksie classic!
You are the best
Cant wait to see the city take shape
There's a rebrickable model for a Saturn V launch pad made from the London Bus that Tanner and Kevin made.....
Looks great. But... sorry.... the Apollo 11 Lunar Lander... you have the lander itself displayed umm... backwards. The door (hatch) should be facing outward to see all the detail instead of the backside. Sorry, it's the obsessive compulsive in me. 😉

Bricksie you don’t have the ulisses space probe😂
What if you make a big moon base and attach the ISS and maybe a rocket to the ceiling with clear string
I would love to do that with my Saturn 5 what parts do I need?
I’m watching this ensued of studying 😅😅😅
Stay in skool
The city will be so cool
If you foam the roof wld tht help the echo?
The space display looks awesome
Are those small rovers from the older space set?
CAnt wait to see your lord of the rings diorama
would look so good if they were hanging from the ceiling..(the selective ones)
is there not a spacex set yet? that would be sick
I've been debating on whether I should get the Artemis Launch System because it looks really repetitive. For anyone who built it, how was the build experience?
Could you not run water for a sink from below the kitchen area?
How do, and how often do you dust?
Anyone mind reminding me ye old Bricksies end game plan with the studio? Will there be tour guides etc Thanks before hand
Where do you get your drawers from seen at 12.01 in the video that keep all the individual pieces of lego separate
what if the lights start to tutn the white lego yellow over time
HEY!
Just get some Caulk and fill the gaps
