    One person comments that he tried this for a year and it doesn't help. This means that you did not find the feeling of QI, and he only does it as gym instead of Qi Gong. I am planning to make a video to explain the technical details. When you understand the theory and find the feeling of QI, you will find how powerful is this exercise.

    Many thanks for this, 🙏it is helping me a lot with moving QI around, this time of year I have big problems with lungs (hay fever attacks) - and subsequently with spleen - so breathing and sleeping is difficult. These exercises stabilize my mood and help with physical symptoms.

    The explanations for the purpose of the different positions seems to be off. First one is for the fire meridians in the arms not Triple Warmer, for example. Triple warmer is in the last two movements.
    Thank you for sharing the video and helping to spread qi gong 🙏🏼

    Thank for sharing your Wisdom. I am so thankful. I have been experiencing low blood pressure for quite some time. Will it lower it more. I love Qigong. I am just not sure what will lower it or not. If you have any other Qigong exercise that would help I would greatly be thankful. Thank you Blessing to you ✨⭐🌟

      Hello! low blood pressure is often caused by emotion problem, food, short of blood and QI (energe), etc. QiGong can help clam your esprit, active the blood and Qi, for sure, it can help resolve the low pressure problem. At the same time, if you work with Acupuncture and/or Chinese herb, you can get recovered more quickly.

      Thank you so much. I am so grateful for your message. In the last few days. I have noticed my blood pressure going up instead of down for the first time in 30 years. If you have any suggestions on other Qigong exercises that will help with my healing it would be greatly appreciated. Your qigong is the only one e I practice. I am grateful for this. Blessings 🙌 to you and your Family. From Canada

      @@ghislainegirard4204 I am very glad to hear that your health is improving. I use Acupucture to help people get recovered and always encourage them to do Qi Gong exercise to maintain the body status in daily life. "Treatment" is only short period effect but Qi Gong can be long-term "treatment". For sure, it helps a lot.

    • @tcmshunshun

      Doesn’t matter in the morning or evening. It is better to avoid very close to meal.

    • @tcmshunshun
      @tcmshunshun  3 года назад +1

      Before the meal, you will be hungry and your Qi will be weaker. After the meal, you’d better conserve your Qi for digestion. That’s the reason to avoid very close to meal.
