Really a beautiful video. The horse stance is killing my legs. It made me sweat like I was going on a jog, and my head feels good. The last exercise gave me that numb feeling but besides that I feel warm all around my body and pretty energized. Thank you!!
I have tried and struggled to learn BaduanJin in the past, but this video really helped me understand the movements better. I’m excited to keep practicing. These movements feel very important to practice. Thank you 🙏❤️

I love this sequence but I agree with others about the music volume. Perhaps you could revisit this one. I have been following your practice nearly every day for a month and my stress, anxiety and fatigue levels have greatly improved (post menopause)..🎉❤
Thank you for narrating in English. I do this everyday. I have been experiencing low blood pressure for quite some time. Will it lower it more. I love Qigong. I am just not sure what will lower it or not. If you have any other Qigong exercise that would help I would greatly be thankful. Blessing to you!

LuChin, I just practiced the brocades when I was feeling anxious and needed to move gently to refocus my thoughts. It was a beautiful way to move in an ancient tradition. It was a treat to see your surroundings. and your lovely expressive cues. Thank you for this.
