Can you please tell me what to do when, while standing & bending knees outwards, it causes knee pain? Is there a way to lighten up somehow on the pressure on the knees?
Thank you for your kind message! If there is a discomfort in the knee joints, stay higher, don’t bend your knees too deep to see of that helps. Externally rotating your thighs (aiming the knee towards the second toe) will keep knee joints aligned with ankles, and use the leg tendons to bear weight.
Luchin, I’ve followed several qigong instructors, none as smooth and flowing as you. Plus your wonderful explanations. I’d like to gift a series of your videos to a friend who has never experienced qigong. But it looks like your videos are all free. (Which is great except she won’t try it if it’s not an actual gift). Do you offer any set of your videos for sale as a gift? Thanks for the peace you generate in the world.

Yes I experience that too and also where too breath is not always clear. But I play it over and over and keep practicing.. at some point I feel that I can go more in a flow and focus more on my body and relax
