Voice of an angel, I am unfortunate that I discovered her music just recently, love her voice so much, I started learning Korean language for her music. Love from India 💐🙏
It's too bad she couldn't evolve her style. I remember my parents listening to her music and it unfortunately brings back bad memories during the 80s when korea was in political turmoil. Does anyone feel happy when they listen to her voice? Its desperation, sadness, anger which my parents generation seek to remember the past. But for me its depressing and somewhat horrific, with the higher octives... theres always a screeching screaming effect like when you yell at noraeban, off key, or like someone is desperately begging or almost about to die. There are ways to sing a sad song, and feel happiness. But with her voice i just feel turmoil, my parents sadness, darkness... and it is creepy how when she speaks i still feel a great sense of despair.
