It was immersive. Perfect word choice. As the audience it felt like it happened to us. Also it was foreshadowing when it felt like it was us who got punched at the bar earlier. I thought that was well done. And the first half of the film I just kept thinking "wow Jeff is such a nice guy". Super great acting and directing I think. ❤️
@@huskykid0295 not really, it was set up that the drunk was seeing things because his friend was such a chilled out non violent dude, the twist was, that he was right.
You could see the hesitation in Jeff's eye when his friend told him he was going to the police. Jeff didn't want to kill him, but he felt he needed too.
It's amazing how people who drink are ready to question everything, but never do they once ask themselves whether they are drinking too much or should be drinking at all.
But I don't understand why in many cases the witness tells to the murder in the face :I saw kill one person, instead of calling the police, I've seen this scene in a lot of movies, absurd isn't it? 🙄
PsyOp, they want to make us as dependent to the system as possible, so scare us about not telling everything to the government. But in this case, yes it would be better to tell the police about it (with the evidence), or at least store the evidence in a safe place.
Very good movie! Even though I was pretty sure that the ending would be that his best friend really WAS a murderer, I was still eagerly watching and wondering what would happen next when they were up on the rooftop. I loved the camera's perspective of Jeff's death and the absolute abruptness and darkness when he hit the ground. ** S P L A T ! **
Accidents happen all the time. Especially on the road and at construction sites. And our Dark Passenger is always lurking just behind the thin facade of civility!
AGREED,100% no body think the little girl poison her husband and end up rich don't blame her the late husband is control freak she put up with the sh......t .for 18 years "yes sir, no sir" she deserved it.
@Steve Jarvis well, actually... it lasted a lifetime, but probably not his natural lifespan... if you could put it that way (I mean dead is dead, who is to say he would've lived many years if he wasn't murdered... he could just drop dead minutes later had he not been murdered)
Loved it! Also, kudos for actually having an ENDING, a resolution. I am soooo sick of these shorts that try-hard to be clever or edgy and then end a short with no....well....ending!
That was a great short with a great twist at the end ! Too bad the friend couldn’t let it go . I don’t know , maybe Alex felt like he had no choice in the matter . Jeff definitely had a choice in the matter ! He’s cold blooded too ! Made his decision quickly and then acted on it immediately . I like Jeff , I could be his friend .
WOAH!!! Darn colonials beating up us Brits again. Harsh.. lol.. seriously though.. Great little short. I didnt expect the ending, although really I should have. Also.. that perspective on the falling scene.. whoooo.. I watched that several times, brilliantly done!! Very immersive.
Can I just say I HATE people who get so drunk they can irritate other people at the bar instead of just shutting the hell up and just enjoy your drink, talk your friends and leave others alone who don't want to be bothered? It really isn't that hard to do. Seems like there is ALWAYS someone who is THAT guy...
Well you can learn how to handle things , but on the other side there will be terrible scenes which u will regret seeing...but time heals everything ...So, it's up to u
I am pretty sure the crane crow saw the whole scene ,and he 'll try blackmailing that ant down there and will discover soon but too late that not every bird can fly !
No , clearly his former friend was a serial killer and he stumbled upon this information...What he should have done is kept his mouth shut until he had more info and then go to the police.
If you suspect that friend killed someone, better not to confront or you will be the next
Especially when you don't have any proof. Or drunk at that time.
Cahidi Joyo Raharjo Drunk and popping pills.
It's okay to confront, just don't confront on top of a freaking skyscraper haha
Confronting anyone about having thrown someone off a bridge doesn't seem at all wise while standing atop a high building.
That falling perspective though
Élías it was good
When he killed his friend he killed us all 😔
perfect way to show the reality of the situation.
The moral of the story : Never confront a suspected murderer.
Exactly. I can’t understand why people do this in movies lol.
The reason it was a story : alcohol & anti-depressants impair your judgement
And even if you think you have to do it, at least safe the information beforehand and do it the right way, with safety precautions.
That nevet turns out well...
@@littlemrpinkness295 Of course, you just have to know what you do.

it was incredibly well done.
I agree!
You should try watch it in VR! Honestly I felt for a second I was the one falling.

@@erincote3702 Very true^^ even movies with high budgets can’t pull this immersive experience off
Not gonna lie, they had us in the first half.
Does that work here? That would mean there was a trick ending but it was exactly as it set it up to be.

Anybody else think Jeff seems to be in a wayyy better mood the next morning? I can’t help, but notice that he almost seems like a new man.
