Does the only two members of the Memphis mafia that continued to be allowed to live off Elvis Presley‘s name legacy and Graceland‘s estate because they loyalty to Priscilla not to Elvis. I don’t consider them best friends at all. You don’t be loyal to your best friends ex-wife you be loyal to your best friend, no matter if people offer you money to be on their side, you don’t betray your best friend for the ex-wife.

Jerry was and is gutter. Elvis continued his friendship with Jerry. Priscilla has continued her "friendship" with Jerry. Hmmm. I'm wondering if Jerry pocketed a lot of Elvis's money from Priscilla? Jerry Schilling seemed very sneaky to me - all those Memphis Mafia members are but Jerry even more so. He took Priscilla. He took money. He took a young Lisa Marie to pot parties and disco's - he wanted Lisa to call him uncle Jerry and she did. Where was Priscilla? You do not take young teens to these parties! The Memphis Mafia members were all fighting and feuding behind the walls of Graceland and the men were divided. You were either on Joe Esposito's side or Jerry Schilling's side. Jerry Schilling knew that Priscilla was young and pretty and if he could get Priscilla and Lisa on his side then his days at Graceland would be smoother. Elvis was a bit naive when it came to "friendships". Jerry took advantage of this. Priscilla was an "easy" woman. He wanted to be in good standing with Priscilla and an innocent Lisa Marie. Years later Jerry even hired Lisa for a few months at his office. As time went by the members were still fighting and Jerry moved on. He was a manager for some rock bands and Priscilla moved to California - not too far from Jerry. She still kept in close touch and when she put Lisa in Sciencetology where was "Uncle Jerry"? Where was Uncle Jerry when Lisa was being molested by Mike Edwards and that crazy church? Horrible man!! When Lisa went in and out of drug rehabs where was he? When Lisa had terrible marriages and financial problems and emotional hurts where was Uncle Jerry? Schilling wrote a wonderful book about Elvis because Schilling wanted to look good and cleanse himself probably. When Lisa was at the awards show and said she didn't feel well where was Jerry? Off with Priscilla maybe? When Lisa passed he gave a speech saying how he was "there at her birth and during her years growing up and now at her grave." Oh. Please. Give. Me. A. Break! What an awful "friend" he was to Elvis. Joe Esposito called Jerry out on his betrayals and what a lousy person he was. Good for Joe. Joe said Jerry was another Judas! Jerry was reporting back to Priscilla about all the happenings at Graceland because she still wanted "information" on Elvis. My parents named me Jesse because of that. I always liked Elvis a lot. My grandma who's long gone got to see him in Orlando February 15 1977. I got a close picture of Elvis my grandma took. She loved him.
