Once again, I used to make deliveries right down the block there on Halsey, but that was a dozen years ago and more when they were just changing everything and with the construction it was hard to find a spot for my truck. I wish this had been there then, but I guess I just have to get back over there. Thanks for another good one, Hella.

Yeah I’d be on board with that idea. My recommendation would be Steve’s Burgers in Garfield off 46. Not quite steak fries, but close. I just hope he stays away from Krug’s, that place is way overhyped. They give you a lot of burger but the meat is average at best.
Leave me some north Jersey recommendations with the best burger and steak fries. I’ve been wanting to go to Steve’s but I would need a few places to try so I can compare
@@HellaChluy steak fries are a really niche thing so it’s gonna be tough to do that combo if you’re looking for a good burger, they tend to be kind of an after thought. The only other place anywhere near there that might have steak fries is, oddly enough, Steve’s Sizzling Steaks in Carlstadt (don’t know if there’s any relation) who supposedly makes a pretty mean burger as well. Otherwise pickin’s are kinda slim around there for good burgers. Maybe try Diesel and Dukes in Montclair who is always solid. There’s also a new place in Upper Montclair called Dan and Day’s o hear is supposed to be good, but haven’t tried it yet. There’s also a Hamburguesa location in Montclair for Brazilian style burgers(but the original is in Newark). Another is Burgerstrasse in Clifton which is pretty good. I’d recommend them all over Krug’s Tavern.
Bro who lying to you, chopped cheese means everything is chopped and this has barely any meat compared to nyc chopped cheese. Also its way overpriced, chopped cheese on a hero should be $7 even with the inflation.
