Another great video thanks. It looks a fantastic event. Good to see cultivating too. Classic tractor events often seem to forget tractors can do more than just ploughing
Lovely days ploughing great to see all ages of MF I had 35 and 590 and 390 good to see them still working .Carry on the good work . Look forward to next week
A fantastic video again of the vintage and modern classics at work in less than perfect conditions. It's great to see and hear them in action. You mentioned Martin Markham in the video, and that reminded me of one of their single chop flail forage harvesters we had on the farm around 50+ years ago. Thanks for another excellent video.
Glad you enjoyed the video. Martin Markham carried on until 1970 when they went into administration. It's interesting to hear you had one of there later machines.
You can't beat a bit of mud ! Love the video great to see the roadless 115 ! When I worked in land drainage I drove a roadless 75 and county 1164 both great tractors !
Hi there great video, im the lad on the fergie with 4 furrows. The tractor pulls it without all the weights, the front weights are purely there for safety to keep the front end down when loading and unloading, and the rear wheel weights were an addition to see if it would pull better with them which it did help on the day due to how greasy ot was but as you say harry fergusons system can do a lot more then people think. As like i say it does work with no weights too. Once again thankyou for another great video.
Great video. Thanks very much. I enjoyed every minute. Thanks for showing some of how the Doe tractors are operated. One the Ferguson TEA 20 tractors looked about the same year as my own 1951. The Fergusons did great in the muddy conditions. The Case tractor you were wondering about, could be a model L. The crawler tractors didn’t have any trouble with the mud. By the looks of things. Just a great day there. I’d say you were tired out at the end. Thanks so much for your time to do these videos.
The plough looks liike a Mellotte. A chain goes down to the drawbar where t is fastened then when you lift the plough up the chain tightens and turns the plough over,
2 furrow reversible at 11.25 behind IH 434 looks like a Melotte from the body shape but sorry, no clue as to front wheel only perhaps to restrict front body dive.
Can you do one about the universal tractor I remember seeing a few of them about back in the 80s and I believe they were a very reliable little tractor. Haven't seen one in years though. Or the david browns.

Always good to see old tractors at work ,never see many international tractors these days!
Plenty of old ones about. See my next video coming up on Sunday.
Excellent video 👌 amazing selection of tractors and ploughs, ground conditions like that show the importance of setting the plough correctly, 👍
Thanks 👍

Thanks for giving us the details and thanks for showing us what a Fergy can do. Very impressive.
Some lovely beefy four wheel drive machines there. Nice metallic red Defender at2:03too.😀
Glad you enjoyed it.
Super video.. Some very rare models working hard there. Great to see them out being used and not just for show.. Thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed it.
The 115 still cuts a nice furrow. Thank you for this upload😊regards😊👍👍👍
Thanks for the comment and support.

Glad you enjoyed it. I was very impressed with some of the smaller tractors. They did very well in the difficult conditions.
@@Casterton-Vintage 👋👋
Wonderful coverage as always. Very professional, excellent photography and narration. Love your channel. Thanks for uploading.
Thank you very much!
Really enjoyed that video. Looking forward to the next one 😀
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks
Another excellent video!

Thanks. In my later video of Yesterdays Farming I found another Mallotte and managed to get some video of the way it turns over.
Brilliant video 😊
Thanks.
The amount of smoke from the TW35 isn’t helped by me playing the turbo and letting it die off a bit for the smoke show.
😊
Plough with chain top link is I believe called a mellotte 👍🏻👨🔧
Do you know if it is designed to work without a normal top link?
@@Casterton-Vintage ours came new with chain top link and a chain for auto turnover fixed to drawbar ,adjusted to turn at top of lift👍🏻👨🔧🛠
@@johncooper398 That is interesting t know. Thanks.
Yes it's a case c !
Thanks.
Brilliant but where are nuffields
Sorry but I don't think there were any to film. There were plenty at Malven Tractor World so they will be in some of my future videos.

The thing that really confuses me is what controls the depth of the rear body. If the wheels was at the back it would make more sense.

That's a good idea but, unfortunately they don't appear very often at shows so I wont be able to put together enough footage.
@@Casterton-Vintage what about the David Browns thanks
@@martymartin2894 Yes, David Brown is a strong possibility.
@@Casterton-Vintage thank you I have a deep connection to the Old David Brown from my childhood.
The owner of the 2390 has two.
👍
such a shame there a lack of david browns out there
Good point. I suppose they were just a small player in a very big game.
many usa tractors who destroy the GB tractors compagnies
You may be right.
