@@PriscillaA95 I think Harry could accept many things about Snape that his younger self couldn't or wouldn't, and I think Harry could see Snape as brave for keeping him alive and committed to the light side of the conflict after Harry's mother was killed. Snape didn't even want to protect Harry for the right reasons; he just wanted to preserve as much of Lily as possible. He was unhealthily obsessed with her, considering he watched her in the park as a child and then clung to her when they went to Hogwarts. He was rude to her for no reason and secretly had some Muggle race issues - not cool of him at all (the "I'm not racist because I have Black friend" argument comes to mind... just because he was her friend doesn't mean he was a good dude). His treatment of his students is absolutely disgusting. The ends do not justify the means, and you should NEVER verbally or physically harm your students. Yes, he "saved the Wizarding World", but it was really all just for Lily. Everything he did was for Lily, and even when he told Voldemort the prophecy, he asked him to spare Lily (not... her entire family?). It's pretty creepy and I'm so confused how people see him as a grey character. Like, I would never name my child after someone who abused me and my friends, only because he was obsessed with my mother. 🤷♀️
Regarding George's ear. A Death Eater was aiming a killing curse at Remus Lupin's back. So Severus, trying to save Lupin's life, aimed at the Death Eater. However, in the chaos, Remus dodged another spell or something and it put George in the cross hairs at the wrong moment so the spell hit George instead.
OMG, IT HURTS SO MUCH TO BE HIT BY A SOFTBALL! I played softball for a couple years and I’ve gotten hit by both softballs and baseballs MANY times, long story short, a softball almost broke my nose, a baseball did not
Sean Ganey omg! One time at softball practice, I threw the ball really hard at one of my friends and it accidentally cracked her tooth. I still feel bad about that...
I played as a kid and was admittedly awful. They put me in outfield on the side nobody really hit to until a left hander went to bat. The ball grounded and I was in position to catch but it hit a rock or clump of dirt before rolling into my glove, so it swerved around and hit my shin. We, French, pronounce Bellatrix exactly the same as you and you did a good job there, trying to pronounce "Lestrange" in a French manner. Kudos to you! Fun fact, many words which were both used in England and France in the olden days which are spelled with an "s" after the first audible vowel (like hospitals...) have now lost their "s" in French, often (but not always) getting an accent instead as a reminder that there used to be that letter in the word (French: hôpital) and for that reason, it would have been logical for us to call her "Bellatrix Létrange" (which could translate back into English as " Bellatrix the Weird") but for some reason, her name was left as it was during the translation/adaptation process (unlike poor Snape whose name has totally been swapped for something totally unrelated)...
SuperCarlinBrothers, am I sensing dislike? Do you really hate me that much? You do?? *Now you have detention! If you do not show up for detention I will force you to listen to the song on my channel 394 times!!!!*
Jay's right for the wrong reasons in my eyes. "When they've infiltrated the ministry" suggests that they have taken it over, but when they first infiltrated the ministry, Thicknese was HoDMLE. First off there was a period where the ministry was infiltrated and Scrimgeour hadn't died where Voldemort tortured him trying to get Harry's whereabouts out of him, and I find it very unlikely that as soon as Scrimgeour died, there would be another Minister. Maybe I don't understand how it works, but I assume the Junior minister would have been next in line then the HoDMLE. Terrible question

Early Question: When is the first time Harry meets Death Eaters? (Answer: Quidditch World Cup) Later Question: Which DEATH EATER removes George's ear with a Sectumsempra spell? (Answer: Severus Snape) Thoughts: Um...okay...So I guess Harry just very intently never looked at Snape the first 3 years of school :-D And if you say its Plural, I'll say when Snape collects Harry and Ron(and Scabbers) after crashing the Womping Willow.
(A) Harry only has six years of education not seven (B) Even if they had the same level of Hogwarts education, Molly and Minerva have literally decades of experience in addition.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Molly taking out Bellatrix. Molly is a great character, but she's a housewife who most likely hasn't trained in DADA in years, whereas Bellatrix is a skilled wizard who has killed several powerful wizards and is constantly in combat. I just can't wrap my head around Molly straight up besting her in a duel.

Would love to hear your theory of what Eliza’s gasp means at the end of Hamilton
Isn't it supposed to be that she sees the audience and realises that people listened to her story?
Idk I've just seen a lot of people say that so....
Me too. I want a clear cut answer!! 😅😂
I think it’s open for interpretation, I think it’s her dying and you realize that the whole time it was really Elizas story and it ends when she dies
I love when Tyler is reading the questions, its like a family discussion over dinner😂😍
Hey brother!! Yay, I'm early! You guys are one of my favorite channels!
Also 5:54 was amazing
You killed me with "you're making him lose his focus!" You guys do the voices so well.
OMG, IT HURTS SO MUCH TO BE HIT BY A SOFTBALL! I played softball for a couple years and I’ve gotten hit by both softballs and baseballs MANY times, long story short, a softball almost broke my nose, a baseball did not
My sister hates them. When she played, one day my mom threw her a softball and it knocked out 2 of her teeth. It still makes me laugh
I had a two inch purple egg on my leg for about a month! I quit after that lol. They are not as soft as their namesake makes you believe.
@@briannasmith7746 once I was trying to catch a grounder at second base and the ball rolled into my glove, and up the side, it bent my fingers so far back they almost touched the back of my hand, then hit me in the chin. i think the name should be changed to hard balls or something.
Heeyy Brothers from New Zealand! Love these J vs Ben videos
No one:
absolutely no one:
not even voldemort:
J: sEgWaY *dab*
May the Lord give us strength in these troubled times
Love u guys
My dog’s name is Snape and whenever you said his name he just came running to me...!
You still haven’t answered the most important Harry Potter question:
*Why does everyone hate me?? :(*
I think we have covered this MULTIPLE TIMES!
Cause you’re the worst
Almost didn't see the username
You misspelled "whatchu fell over for."
SuperCarlinBrothers, am I sensing dislike? Do you really hate me that much? You do??
*Now you have detention! If you do not show up for detention I will force you to listen to the song on my channel 394 times!!!!*

Snape: oops sorry about that i missed you head
Jordan Carrington he does it to save lupin
You guys are my favorite youtubers! KEEP UP THE AMAZING CONTENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Softballs are actually filled with something that looks like cement :)
I got hit in the stomach by a soccer ball going full force when I was 11 I couldn’t breathe for like 6 seconds
I was hit by a softball and I had a bruise the size of my glove on the back of my leg for weeks
Ben zoning out smiling then autographing the iPad randomly made me laugh so hard
Tally up your wins. And at the end of the year, whoever lost the most, does a food challenge. Eat a bug, hot food, super sour or something
I just ate a single The Reaper hot sause chicken wing and that thing was intense. I vote they eat 3 of them.
I like to see that the math budget was payed this episode.
I absolutely love the Harry Potter puppet pals reference. It was perfect!!!!!
UPLOADED 56 SECONDS AGO, HI!!
This is so fun. You guys are the best! 😁
What would happen if your worst fear is a bogart and you encountered one? Can you pls make a video on it?
"When Harry leaves Number 4 Privet Jahr -- Drive --

Also Me: "Just learned something new!" LOL

Good evening from Sweden! :D
Hey neighbor Potterhead:)) watching from Denmark
@@henriettekrogsgaard8895 Fedt!
As for Mollys swearing scene exception ... In SS/PS .. Malfoy uses A** talking about Neville after he fell off his broom holding his Remberall. Also in PoA .. Aunt Marge uses same word Molly uses B**** .. In reference to Lily. js
Heyyyy Brother!
And also I am playing duck in a cup while watching this
Do I *want* know what that is?
@@savannahsavercool8398 u just chuck rubber ducks into cups (inside joke)
What the heck was that softball/baseball tangent? I loved it. You guys need to keep in more candid stuff like that in your videos.
Early Question:
When is the first time Harry meets Death Eaters? (Answer: Quidditch World Cup)
Later Question:
Which DEATH EATER removes George's ear with a Sectumsempra spell? (Answer: Severus Snape)
Thoughts:
Um...okay...So I guess Harry just very intently never looked at Snape the first 3 years of school :-D
And if you say its Plural, I'll say when Snape collects Harry and Ron(and Scabbers) after crashing the Womping Willow.
(A) Harry only has six years of education not seven (B) Even if they had the same level of Hogwarts education, Molly and Minerva have literally decades of experience in addition.
I don’t think I’ve ever respected these two more than when they referenced Pierre Escargot.
YES!! I really need a distraction right now!!
Hi! I watched your video with my son, who loves Harry Potter. I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist and wanted to respond to your comments about “j” and “dr” sounding the same. You’re right! Same with “ch” and “tr.” We can sometimes use “ch” to help produce produce the “r” sound! Good catch!
First.... To mention that J using the Avada Kedavra and identifying as a Sletherin make a good case for him being a death rather
Fabio Mora it’s spelled slitherin not sletherin
KatiePlayz no it’s spelled Slytherin 😂
@@Eztli__Void congratulations you played yourself
Just cuz he is SLYTHERIN he is a death eater?
"id call them hard balls..." ben taken out of context 6:26
Let’s go boys
Another vid
I was just goin through the J vs B playlist before this came out! But then I finished it and I was all like oh man it’s done already. But this came out so, Hallelujah!
I actually keep a $2 bill in my wallet at all time because 1: it's cool & 2: the #2 is my lucky number, so why not keep a $2 bill on me.
Omg you guys are the best! You deserve a billion subs.
Intro is flawless
AVADA KEDAVRA
I don't know how it can be made in a good way, but I would love to see you take on the top 200 most mentioned characters in Harry Potter on Sporcle.
Woah I've never been this early!
I like how the quiz says the HARDEST quiz but the question is who killed Bellatrix🤣
Me, 26 years old and still cooking everything on high watching this O_O
