Continue until either of you are unable to name anotner unique character. This can also be done with magical objects or any other subject. Looking forward to see you try this! Hmm... Regarding the Egypt Trip, perhaps it's not so much that they spent the 700galleon on the trip, but that it freed up their budget enough to splurge a little for a few months and not cut every corner. They even got Ron a new wand from it so...
The Weasleys definitely spent the majority of their winnings buying travel licenses for five minors traveling overseas. Those Departments of Magical Transportation and International Magical Cooperation are basically held up by red tape and licensing fees.
To comment on not knowing where the cave is, we can assume it's by London. Since that is where the orphanage is and we can take a safe guess that they didn't travel extremely far for the field trip Tom found the cave on.
I honestly enjoy the Quizmaster questions A LOT more than those (mostly) easy official questions. A quiz about a certain Harry Potter book shouldn't start with a question about the title of the book. I know the difficulty is supposed to go up with each question, but even then, you managed to answer the majority of the official ones without even thinking about them. Wizarding World should make their quizzes harder! Maybe not full Quizmaster level, but definitely harder than the ones they have so far. (To be fair, their last two questions were actually challenging.) Either way, you two did a great job entertaining us :D
I absolutely love your content, and I have tried to do some of what you do on my channel! Thank you guys for creating such awesome and entertaining content!
International traveling and how restricted the Wealsy's are due to their economics is a bit weird in the books. In Philosophers Stone Molly and Arthur went to Romania to visit Charlie, presumably they took Ginny, since she wasn't as Hogwarts then, and it's presented as if the boys were invited, but choose to stay at Hogwarts. In Chamber of Secrets all the kids stay at Hogwarts because Arthur and Molly are going to Bill in Egypt, implying they could not afford to bring them all, but still could afford to go themselves. Then they go back to Egypt just half a year later, now brining all the kids and it cost them most of 700 galleons. Why is Egypt so expensive? Even if Arthur and Molly didn't do a lot of touristy things and maybe stayed with Bill when they were there over Christmas, where did they get the money from, if the going rate for a vacation in Egypt is close to 100 galleons per person? I suppose this is one of those times where Rowling didn't really think of the math or had the stories totally figured out.
For Christmas in second year, bill could have put his parents up in his place for free but not have enough room for the full family, hence why it cost so much when the full family went because they had to rent a place for however long they were there.
I had 'The Prisoner of Azkaban' audiobook on CD in high school and would listen to it every night to lull me to sleep so I have it practically memorized. I got every question right, including how much the Knight Bus costs that they asked at the beginning 💅
Speaking of the Knight Bus, technically Harry paid 13 sickles, because it mentions he paid for hot chocolate but Stan accidentally poured it all over his pillow when the bus jumped locations
Isn't the knight bus mostly driving everywhere, but when someone hails it by sticking out their wand, it instantly teleports there. And once they get on it, it pops back to the same place it started?
I actually think that the reason why Dumbledore wouldn't let Snape teach DADA was that he knew this position was jinxed since Voldemort applied to it and was refused. Because in HBP, he says, after showing to Harry the respective memory, that they haven't been able to keep a teacher for more than a year since after that.
This has almost nothing to do with anything, but J should DEFINITELY check out The Sandman on Audible. I feel like he’d really get into it and the Netflix series.
The question asked how much he had charged to ride the knight bus, not how much spent for other things. And Harry didn't really chose, he just shoved some money in Stan's hand. We do know that he paid for hot chocolate, because Stan dumped some on his pillow.
In terms of Apparation, the upper limit seems to be around 500 miles, give or take. During the Malfoy Manor arc Voldy was in the Austrian Alps and had to fly the majority of the way till he was past "the stormy sea" AKA in England already.
For the record he absolutely does pay the firteen sickles because Stan forgets to give him his hot chocolate and has to approach him after he’s seated to give it to him. That’s when he asks about Sirius Black because he reads his name on the cover of someone’s newspaper. “E’s the one ever’y one’s been lookin fer ain’t e? E’s a muuuurderer.”
21:58 it's 13 sickles, not 11, because Stan remembers that Harry paid for hot chocolate and then spills it on Harry's pillow when the bus jumps from Anglesey to Aberdeen.
Thank you for this! I love you quiz videos even though I am behind and have ton to watch through before I catch up. Absolutely love you all cracking jokes and laughing.

The vacation cost discussion is exactly why money and economic status in HP is complete nonsense. Travel? It's free. Contingent on skill. Lodging? Also free. Contingent on skill. They had a tent that was larger than 3x my apartment space. There's **nothing** that anyone in HP should ever have to buy outside of food and items that cannot be reproduced, such as books or unique trinkets. I don't see any reason for the Weasley's to have spent a single penny on anything other than food in Egypt, which, with magic, they could have simply brought with them. EVEN COOKING THE FOOD IS FREE.
He says on his letter to Harry: most of it has gone on this trip, but they're buying me a new wand. So, yeah, they bought the wand, but also spent loads on the trip.
@@diennyklein Hmm…most could mean anything probably. The exact amount seems a bit ambiguous. Because remember Ron gets a Cleansweep for making prefect and those aren’t cheap either 🤔
I’ve always wondered how Allen Rickman took the reaction to the quote “turn to page 394.” Does he see himself as that good of an actor that it would be remembered? Or was he just like: all my works and this is the quote that will be remembered? Okay then.

actual living people go on cruises. they get on a slow boat on purpose to hang out on the boat. the knight bus could be similar... that's my final response to the "why do they do x when they can apparate"
The Knight's Bus was formed in WWII during the blitz as it wasn't safe to fly brooms, and it's not always safe to apparate (with kids, after drinking, etc) so it's still around. Really OTT, but rabbits were often used in pregnancy tests (one of their organs) and Lavender Brown is an anagram of Brand New Lover and was somewhat known for her dating..........

Yay!! I did very well in this quiz. 😄Prisoner of Azkban is my favorite of all 7 and have probably ready it more times than other parts.
I actually am almost finished reading all of The Sandman and I definitely would recommend. Perfect choice for the ad!
(To be fair, their last two questions were actually challenging.)
Either way, you two did a great job entertaining us :D
j and ben: "these colors just came to mind" (the colors of their respective shirts)
I absolutely love your content, and I have tried to do some of what you do on my channel! Thank you guys for creating such awesome and entertaining content!

But that's how quizzes always go. Yall just get the super easy question out of the way
International traveling and how restricted the Wealsy's are due to their economics is a bit weird in the books.
27:30 J is wearing red and guessed red, and Ben is wearing black and guessed black👀
Prisoner of Azkaban will always be the GOAT HP Movie
The question asked how much he had charged to ride the knight bus, not how much spent for other things. And Harry didn't really chose, he just shoved some money in Stan's hand. We do know that he paid for hot chocolate, because Stan dumped some on his pillow.
In terms of Apparation, the upper limit seems to be around 500 miles, give or take. During the Malfoy Manor arc Voldy was in the Austrian Alps and had to fly the majority of the way till he was past "the stormy sea" AKA in England already.
They should make a challenge quiz for each other to stump the other
I'm SO excited to hear the shoutout for Sandman during your ad segment. I've become completely obsessed with it over the last 2 months :D
Was looking forward to seeing this one all weekend! Well done guys!!
21:58 it's 13 sickles, not 11, because Stan remembers that Harry paid for hot chocolate and then spills it on Harry's pillow when the bus jumps from Anglesey to Aberdeen.
The Weasley’s taking the Knight Bus to Egypt…that’s a hilarious, amazing thought
Thank you for this! I love you quiz videos even though I am behind and have ton to watch through before I catch up.
Absolutely love you all cracking jokes and laughing.
6 years ago I found your channel and just got accepted to Hogwarts and now I'm ave to do magic. It's been an amazing journey. I hope you have a fantastic time
Have you ever done any videos about possible wands or something like that? I found it funny that Ron's wand breaks from the scuffle with the wamping willow and then his wand is made of willow. Got me thinking what if wands were made of magical trees like the wamping willow.
The cave that holds the horcrux is not far from Wools Orphanage we're he grew up. Therefore it would still be in England.
I feel like this was the most unhinged quiz I’ve ever watched lol. Very amusing. STAY FOCUSED!!! 😂😂😂😂
24:38 to 24:07 is just... my stomach hurts from laughing too much 🤣 and put tHaT out of context
You see they joke about consuming something during a late night episode, but by 23:50 you can tell they definitely consuming something 🤣
3:48 “That’s not trivia, that’s just mean!”
I just got reminded of the danish names for the merorders. Prongs is 'Krone' (Crown), Padfoot is 'Køder' (Mutt), Moony is 'Hugtand' (Fang*) and wormtail is'Ormehale' (well that is acctualy the same.
I think the changed names happened because there are no good translations for them
*Fang is called 'Trofast' (Loyal)
I mean…they also got Ron a new wand with the prize money so I imagine they must have saved some of it? 🤷♀️
He says on his letter to Harry: most of it has gone on this trip, but they're buying me a new wand.
So, yeah, they bought the wand, but also spent loads on the trip.
7 Gaellons
@@diennyklein Hmm…most could mean anything probably. The exact amount seems a bit ambiguous. Because remember Ron gets a Cleansweep for making prefect and those aren’t cheap either 🤔
Braxton is from Star Trek Voyager - Captain Braxton from the 29th century!
I’m ready for this one lol I’ve read the book and seen the movie so many times
Well I can see that your quiz-masters earn their spots! good quiz by everyone who put it all together, Thanks!
I’ve always wondered how Allen Rickman took the reaction to the quote “turn to page 394.” Does he see himself as that good of an actor that it would be remembered? Or was he just like: all my works and this is the quote that will be remembered? Okay then.
The WW quizzes have been quite easy of late. I guess it's hard to keep making up quizzes that are general enough so that the average fan won't find them impossible. Got 10/10 no sweat on this one. Good to have the Quizzmaster questions thrown in the mix for that extra challenge.
Seriously. Most of the questions in this one were basically impossible to get wrong if you ever read the book
I also got 10/10, but didn’t get any of the quizmaster questions...
27:34 that face every time J lucks out a question. 😂😂😂😂
I watch this ones for the whole purpose to see Ben win and I always get my heart broken lol
Harry Potter and the Clandestine Distillery has a nice ring to it
on page 37 the second paragraph is about fudge buttering a crumpet - great decision tbh
(the third word from the left being "himself")
12:20
Abraxis Malfoy is dracos grandfather he tries to name drop to cozy up to slughorn
8:15 No, he apparates himself and Dumbledore from the cave to HOGSMEADE and then they FLY to Hogwarts
I love how you’re going through all the movies!!
actual living people go on cruises. they get on a slow boat on purpose to hang out on the boat. the knight bus could be similar... that's my final response to the "why do they do x when they can apparate"
You guys should do a full Quizmasters Honestly.
Nope, Harry pays 13 sickles as Stan remembers half way through the ride that Harry paid for hot chocolate and then spills it all over his pillow when the bus jumps from one place to the next. Fun quiz though
Sick let’s go please never stop these
Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite
"Turn to page 394"
29:38 Lol Flopsy is the name of Bumi's rabbit in Avatar
People from all these big companies need to just have a guy that sits and watches RUclips all day long and reach out to creators to help with ideas. These were so good.
Hey brother another trivia one of my favorites also can you make more what if
