But for some goshdarn reason they decided to make it horny....and for no reason at all.

This is like what a 10-year-old visions as an adult fantasy. I laughed every time the text box cut to the guy in full SWAT gear having a casual conversation while on a date.
Those are default stuff that come with the engine, these guys didn't make them. If I wanted to get yelled at by the community (who would know this) I could just put a bunch of assets into the default engine and make basically the same game. Exception MAYBE to the AI, I'm not sure since I haven't played around with it, I only toyed with the gunplay and stuff when learning.
@@trianglemoebius As indi game dev myself, things like that only make this that much funnier, because it demonstrates how some AAA companies are so stuck up on their own engines or reworking existing ones, that they replace things that are given to them on the platter with their own gimmicky shit and create inferior experience compared to if they did not actually try to reinvent it.

I've said it in Gmanlives's video, I'll say it here: I want something like this except it's more satire of both genres. I love this concept of dating sim and difficult shooter, because it's so stupid it's good. The closest I got to something of good quality is "Freeman: Guerilla Warfare" but the "Dating" was something on the side, underdeveloped, and meant nothing in the end to what the game was trying to be. I want something full blown out there. Fully realistic human reactions to things you say in the dating portion, gifts have to be chosen correctly, the shooter portion is intense but fair, be able to hire and customize other operatives, and hay, maybe make it so if the operative you're dating goes down you have an Xcom situation where they're either wounded and they'll not like you as much or straight up die. Making it possible to lose the game because you failed to keep your lover alive. Add some subtle self aware dialog about the shooter and dating-sim genres and you got a three year gold game of the year winner.
Just wanted to say that if a game has nudity, it's not banable on twitch as long as "it's not the focus of the stream". That's why people could leave nudity on without getting banned in cyberpunk 2077
This reminds me fondly of the early Rainbox Six games, where you were given minimal instructions on how to complete the mission, and the combat was rock hard.

The physics, shaders, etc. are all default and come with the engine. It's not so much a good game as they didn't change already existing good assets.
