Sorry it took so long to respond. I must have missed the notification when you originally asked. Yes, if you work the anchor stitch each time you have a sc stitch above a dc stitch it will create a reverse image on the back.
The row I worked happened to be the row after the first row of dc stitches (US terms). You can anchor all of the dc stitches if you prefer. You would work it any time you're working a sc stitch on top of a dc in the previous row. If you do this the back will look like a reverse of the front side.
