Love if you could do one for nightmares and or being able to feel okay to go back to sleep after one. Especially if they’re recurrent nightmares. It’s tricky because the sensation of feeling drowsy has started to trigger me due to what I resonate it with(sense of losing bodily/conscious control to being stuck in crazy dreams) which obviously makes relaxing difficult.

You're not alone int his expetience, it's much more common than people think. I'll be starting a trauma recovery playlist in the coming months and will add this content request. In the meantime, I did a TikTok video on this awhile back that may be supportive. 💖. www.tiktok.com/@dr.katetruitt/video/7071067574045297962?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7003814401447740934

Nightmares are like emails from the subconscious, come to bring health and wholeness. Now it doesn't feel like that when you wake up from a scary one! A great book for recurring nightmares is "Conquering Bad Dreams and Nightmares" by two doctors, Barry Krakow and Joseph Neidhardt. I was in your situation with terrifying recurring nightmares and this helped me figure out what they meant, make the changes in my life they were referring to, and stop them from recurring. What a relief! My dreams transformed into powerful magical healing dreams, which I appreciated so much I joined a dream group and later became a DreamTender, a kind of dream analyst. Another great dream book is The Wisdom of Your Dreams by Jeremy Taylor. Best of luck.
