Thanks for your comment :) The answer is in a way both yes/no :) There is nothing physically moving in the light, but at certain speeds it moves the focus of the light beam so it looks like the light is turning and it helps illuminate around corners. It doesn't work as well as if it had moving parts in the light, but it's better than a fixed beam

Do the headlight move when you turn the wheel? Sometimes it looks like the high beam “bends” slightly when you turn a corner.
