Wonderful initiative! I am a good home cook but I waste a lot of time in my cooking without knowing the right cooking time for each ingredient. So it's very easy for me that you mention the cooking times. Can you please mention cooking times for other foodstuff as well for e.g cooking time of vegetables in poriyal/ chicken in gravy etc. Thanks a ton.
