I tried this Brinji and the taste was heavenly. Thank you, sir. We have been making this in our family too but your touch has some magic to it. I love all that you say. Every statement of yours is useful in its own way. Please don't cut down on what you want to say. If people want to see videos where there is no speech, they can mute...as you said in an earlier video. All your tips are immensely useful though I have been cooking for thirty years.

This came out so well sir. I did one improvisation which was add butter instead of ghee in the end. I am not sure how different it would have been has I used ghee but the one with butter tasted so well. Even my 9 month old son are this for lunch today. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
