Hi sir, Iam a working Bachelor of 28 years old. Last 6 to 7 Years iam cooking for myself. But till last month I was not happy with output of my cooking. But after watching your videos I tried 8-10 dishes in last one month all the dishes came very well. I was so happy with the output. After watching your videos my interest in cooking was doubled. Thanks for your videos. Keep continue the same. Sorry to ask you can you do videos for non-veg dishes if you are ok with it. Because I was a big lover of Non veg dishes.
Tried 3 chutneys, pudina rice and bhidhi do pyaaz this week .. We are loving it .. Grateful that so much of love in cooking is shared .. its contagious. Trying the rajma today with absolute confidence

Chef a question- with some dishes we add tomatoes after the masala is added, other dishes we add the tomatoes and then add masala….. are you able to clarify the difference?
Difference is when you add masala before tomatoes it will bring more tangy taste to your dish, in this dish tomatoes and rajma plays a majore role to bring the flavor , so it cooked separate and added finally
