This video is actually really helpful! I want to try cold brewing blue butterfly pea flowers tomorrow. The tea really helps around that time of month but I usually brew it in hot water.

-Aloe Vera Leaf A big one
- 5 Garlic
- 2 Big Ginger were you cut off in many pieces
- Honey one half cup

I’m 46 years of age, 4 Feet, 10 Inches (Rounded) and I was 161 pond and I’m 139 pounds now.
I have Fibroids and cysts that have stretched my uterus causing the size of my belly to become 34 inches. And this is making me so said and l'm feeling down about it. When i'm in public i hold my belly in but its hard to keep that up for hours.
I'm not experiencing any other problems anymore but this is just weighing down on me. i'm feeling less attractive and more subcunshios of my body and i realy dont want to feel this way anymore.
