Have you tried Quinoa instead of rice? It's much lower carb than rice and has a some protein and other benefits. It takes some getting used to. I get an onion and add some veg and seasoning before adding any main sauce. You can also add an organic stock cube(I like the standard kallo veg stock) to the water whilst it cooks for extra flavour. I think it's classed as a form of legume but not sure if it's alkaline. I was under the impression some short fasts help with fibroids, but I think a 72hr fast is good for most conditions. Fasting is harder on a high carb diet but I wish you well with all your goals. I'm on a longevity plan so it's all whole foods, low carb, trying to improve fertility.

Hopefully God gives you the grace to continue because if you don't want them growing back, diet changes should be a life long decision if not, they'll grow back within 10 years after surgery especially if you don't bare children within that period or get to a State of menopause for those who are still young.
So to keep the fibrioids off and avoid further future surgery, your best bet is to stick to your new diet. Once in a while you can go off as minimally as possible, indulge yourself but for the long run staying on track will do you good.

I think I’m the video she was focusing specifically on the Alkaline Diet by Dr. Sebi….. you can probably look that up and compare notes to choose what’s best for you.
Garlic is rich in estrogen so that’s why it’s good to avoid it when shrinking fibroids. Fibroids feed off of estrogen.
@@moniquejohnson5962 she does have it right. Garlic is rich in estrogen and should be avoided when trying to shrink or prevent fibroids. Fibroids feed off of estrogen. Brussel sprouts are another estrogen rich food that should be avoided. Soy and Tofu and a few others that you may not suspect.

I think it's because there is so much conflicting info out there... I just saw a video that said to avoid garlic because it contains estrogen... I googled and saw it was indeed high in estrogen. In any case, I'm starting my new lifestyle diet and including it as a major part. I'll see how that goes because I also read healing fibroids and liked the Dr's explanation.
Yup...the garlic part she said is incorrect....I shrunk my fibroids by giving up all sugar, juices, sodas....I ate lots of fiber and vegetables. I ate garlic all the time in my veggies .. Fibroids are caused by high insulin and insulin spikes

Dark chocolate and cocoa contain caffeine. Also cutting out iron from the body, prevents B12 entering the body which is an essential nutrient and contains heme iron. Anaemia and fibroids go hand in hand, so it is really advisable to cut out meat entirely? I nearly died from cutting out meat some years ago, as I became severely anaemic.
Yeah I’m anemic too … this really inspires me to share my story . I was pregnant w/ 8 fibroids ( I prev. only had cyst)Went down to 1, but based on what I eat this one can get pretty painful. I have to be very aware of what I’m consuming bc I certainly need iron , I will pass out.

Interesting… I’ve bever heard if this diet with the exception of eliminating hormone based foods such as animal protein. Most, doctors and naturopaths recommend avoiding foods that highly raise insulin such as beans and high carbohydrate foods, like orange juice and legumes In essence, they recommend a ketogenic diet.

Hi! I do believe a keto diet may be great but aren't there too many fats used in the keto diet, along with too much mea? Even of the meat organic and/or grass fed it is still high in estrogen and that feeds the fibroids, thereby making them grow.

I ate this way for about 3 months. No sweets, sugar, dairy, eggs, or refined white carbs. Fish was the only meat I consumed. I lost 10 pounds during the first month and noticed about 20% less blood loss during my period around the second month. Unfortunately, I could not sustain such a restrictive diet. Currently I’m still experiencing heavy blood loss during my period due to fibroids and am planning to have surgery.
Try boric acid capsules ( internal use )
Heavy blood loss can come from vitamin C deficiency… Mine did but they rarely check for this… Also iodine deficiency is associated with fibroids.
I had the surgery and it was life changing.

Have it too and did most if that, but I have severe anemia because if the bleeding, so I have problems still not having natural sweets. I'm so stressed because stuff I need to drink because of the anemia I shouldn't have it because of the fibroids.

Do a search for mycoplasma genitalia (Mgen)
You need to go see a urologist. I have a large kidney stone. Of course it could be any thing if you don't get a proper diagnosis. It could be kidney ,bladder or urethra issues, ranging from very serious like cancer or minor like stones, UTI, infections of these organs.
Garlic? Please do more research- it is very important in dietary management of fibroids.

It's just that too much garlic consumption will make your body pH more acidic and any tumour cell grows rapidly in acidic pH.
But if taken in moderation, garlic has got lots of anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant properties, which ll be beneficial for body.
In short, don't omit garlic from diet just consume in moderation. 😊
