      Yes you can! It’s about 10 grams egg whites powder + 60 grams of water

      You need a base for marshmallow - jam, purée , otherwise it won’t have taste/flavor

      You need to use the base for zefir, here the base is jam. For white color you can use apple jam

      Yes but jam suppose to be thick, contains pectins and no oil, like oranges for example

    Hello great work ❤ my question is after adding the hot suger dose it cook the egg white 😂😅 i cant eat raw egg white and can i make the recipe without egg white or something vegan

      @@zeinabelgeili3243 sorry but I’m not familiar with no eggs recipe. We’re pouring the syrup wich temperature is higher then 100 degrees Celsius so yes the eggs are definitely cooked

    Hi, om from srilanka. Its a asian country . Whether most probably 30 c of up to 40 in summer . So i would like to knew the texture of flower melting ??? Aft making this flower should i kp it in refrigerator or normal room? Plz reply i ❤ these flowers.

    What's that "agar agar " ??.....can i use something else instead?

      Agar-agar is a thickening agent that gives marshmallow flowers their unique texture. It cannot be replaced with other ingredients, as it provides the necessary firmness and stability while keeping the flowers lightweight.
