@@SisterinChrist40 yes I sift it, it’s because I use my own recipe for macarons. the ratio between sugar and flour is different, but I always get full shells❤️

Italian Meringue, which is what you've made, is in no way dense or marshmelloy enough to pipe flowers like this. Citric acid can only do so much when it comes to it's structure and stability.

Wow pretty!! Thank you for posting, it looks doable, your frosting texture looks great! but im not great at getting the right consistency for Russian piping tips. I’ll have to see if I have the right tips and if I do I am so gonna try it out still becAuse this is too cute! Wish me luck haha.
I'd be bothered to cut into it and there's too little cake with all of that sugar and frosting. I'd feel ripped off if I paid for it.
