just got the iPhone 14, upgraded from iPhone 11. the screen is sooo warm in comparison, it's extremely annoying. changing the colour filter was the only thing that removed the yellow tint, but it kind of made it too blue instead, even with the intensity turned all the way down.
Same. So have you fixed it or not? Is there any way? Or it's only because of bad display calibration, so that means that it can't be fixed?! I'm so disappointed, just got my first iphone (13), and I have that awful display problem...

I think the screen was for some reason locked on warm tint as with tru tone on or even night mode, though of course these functions were turned off. It is a software issue that calibrates your screen tint when it shouldn't. And if you turn true tone on and point your phone's screen at a cold light, you can notice that screen tint becomes cold too, white color looks normal... Also i think you can slightly get used to your screen tint, of course not when you have this issue still not fixed at all. Or maybe ios updating can fix it, i don't know how it works, now i have ios 17.7. You can also try to point your phone at light (cold light preferred), doing it regularly with true tone on, then restart your phone, do it again, update ios... And just wait and try not to think about this problem, try to get used to it.

But even if I change the general display settings and the accessibility display settings, there is still a very distinct slight yellow hue to everything. I’ve turned Night Shift on and off, and so on. Does anyone have any further insight into this problem?

Hey bro i’ve had this thing magically pop up after updating my phone to the latest ios update and i have iphone 14 pro theres a terms condition thing popping up here and then wanting me to agree to and it’s labeled ( New Icloud Terms And Conditions) Now i tried to read it but as you know theres things and information you are uncertain about you don’t know what i’m agreeing to when pressing the button. So my question is, is it safe to agree to it and that its not me agreeing like the government have access to my details etc as you know governments in different countries could make it compulsory for apple to make their users agree to some government bs . This doesn’t work that much for me. I just got a refurbished iPhone 12, and noticed it has a very yellow tint. I tried all of these, but I STILL have a yellow tint! I compared it to my mom’s phone which is an iPhone 13-14 and there was a huge difference because hers was whiter and clearer. Do you know any way to help?
No, see I noticed my 14 pro max has a yellow tint when compared to my bf’s 15 pro max. All my whites are yellow and my whole screen is dimmer. None of that stuff(True Tone, night shift) was on. All off. But yet I had a yellow screen. Contacted Apple, and Apple did a remote diagnostic test on my phone and sure enough my display has a defect. So Apple is now sending me a new 14 pro max to replace my current 14 pro max. CHECK WITH APPLE PEOPLE. your display might be defective!
