Great podcast guys! Snow camo is awesome and as long as you don't move to erratic, you almost disappear. I am surprised that I've never seen anyone on THP use HECS. It would definitely elevate your success during all seasons. Thanks for all that you do!!

Do you think that the sun on bright white of the snow burns their eyes so to speak?!?! I feel that and the windy snow blowing days are definite advantages to us. Great listen guys!🦌🇺🇸🙏

Regarding affordable snow camo… I have a camo hoodie and pants that are white on the inside. I turn them inside out to use them as snow camo. Cheap AND fun.

When Zach turns 60 and those flowing gray locks are in their prime he prolly will be out in his painted suit with his locks and be shooting them at 5 yds😆

You don’t even really need a snow camo bottom. I spot and stalk in carhart pants and a snow ghille suit top all the time (when we do get snow). It’s crazy how clueless deer can really be when the conditions are right! I rarely wear the ghille bottom, it gathers tons of sticks and whatnot. My next venture for next year is adding the Montana decoy to my bow

I wonder if with their eyes that amplify the low light, I wonder if they are just blinded by how bright it is. Another factor too, cold dry air doesn't carry scent as well so they are like a little muted in their ability to smell. Add the muting effect of the snow and they are robbed of a lot of their senses.
