Aloha! My husband was looking for a type of german bun, filled with some kind of meat mixture. We now have a Samoan restaurant named 'Le Umu' located in Keaau, HI on the Big Island of Hawaii and they sell this German Bun that you're making in the video. He bought the german bun from Le Umu thinking it was the one he likes but it wasn't. Could you help? would you know which bun he's talking about? He's also Samoan and loves to eat everything but doesn't remember the name of the bun with the meat mixture. THank you for this recipe by the way!! this is ono!!
