Lcs500 hass 2005 tech. For that price to have something that does not work is rip off. But their fansboys would jerk to any outdated new car they produce
the future e46 of this generation. M3s and M4s have gotten way too big, this car is so perfect proportions wise 😪

But the M3 and M4 look better. IMO I'm a Mercedes guy and I still think the (old) M4 is one of the best looking cars I've ever seen. And the rear end of an M2 unfortunately looks like some random pedestrian car

The M2 is the only M I would buy. It’s still affordable for most people. Keep reviewing them rides and stay safe buddy.👍
I have a 135 M package with the 6MT. I disagree a 1 or 2 series is a real M car, as the only difference is software. Thats why I bought mine, its so easy to boost. But a true M has a handbuilt M motor unique to the model.
And BMWs are currently the worst built shitbuckets, period, worst car I've ever owned and I've bought a lot of new BMWs over the years. I give it a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. $60,000 in repairs so far ($25,000 paid by BMW to rebuild the engine after the VANOS bolt shearing recall on all 69 trillion straight 6s), and its no where even CLOSE to fixed.

The problem is not-new BMWs.
I've owned too many new Bimmers, all have the same issues, mostly from majority plastic engine components where metal is required. After 5-7 years, the engine disintegrates into an oil, coolant, and transmission oil infused pile of gunk all over your driveway and garage floor. You can always tell a house with a BMW from the pile of rotting cardboard and fluid tributaries running down that side of the driveway. My 2011 and last BMW has functioned without a major CEL for about 2 weeks, in total. Even as a totally worthless, zero resale value POS, with most massive failures fixed, it still has a CEL for DSC failure at hwy speed. Its a pile of raw sewage, worst cars ever produced. Its your certain coffin, I revently found 3 of 4 M wheels cracked through the rim with 4-5 inch, wide open cracks. Miraculously, they all held air, so its a steel wheel liner under the aluminum M wheels. An utter shitbucket.
@@FFE-js2zp A year with my 2016 M3, now at 66k miles, and not a single drop of oil on my garage floor. Idk where people find these shitbucket BMWs, but I haven’t experienced it. (Yet?)

Love y’all. I ordered an M240i back in April this year. After rewatching your M2C review close to 17 times, I went back to BMW, canceled my order and ordered an M2C with three pedals. Just arrived a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Ultimate drivers car and I suspect will go down as one of the best in years to come. Thank you for inspiring us to spend stupid amounts of money on fun toys!!

The new M3/M4 is a global car and the Chinese like big grills. It was a business decision, like everything else, like missing comfort access.

The last of the good looking BMWs that actually still resembles a BMW unlike the new models.
The other BMW models look like cheap Korean sedans, while the actual Korean cars look excellent and are starting to perform quite well for their price.

Yep. There is no way either of these two has the chops. Chris and a few other journalists actually race, and are talented enough to place regularly. Can't stop them from dreaming, though. Maybe in another ten years or so - if they live and breathe it.

The E30 M3 was the car as a 5 years old that made me fall in love with cars. My favorite was the 2006ish M3 until they unveiled the 1M and now this M2 CS is my life goal! If I don't buy the E46 first. See ya! Great video Thank you for showing us this beautiful car!

Absolutely love this car, just picked up a 2020 bmw 240i last month. I’ve had a 2 series since they came out in 2014. Pray BMW doesn’t mess them up... like the other cars.

Makes me proud to know I have an M240i Convertible! its super exciting to drive, from acceleration to sound to how tail happy it is, M240i M2 M2comp M2cs pretty much any 2 series with a 6 cylinder turbo is tons of fun!
I have an m240i also. I’d love to drive any of the m2 variants to see how different they feel.
@@JonBecker81 so I drove the first M2 that came out before I got my m240i, and it was underwhelming it definitely didn't feel as fast as my M240i and oddly enough it wasn't louder either so when I got my 240i I was shocked that it felt faster, other than a little extra grip and slightly heavier steering from the M2 the cars are identical but the M240i is more of a hooligan cuz its rear tires are smaller than the M2's so its way more tail happy, also cuz it has a little more torque aswell, so you're not missing too much but this M2cs is very appealing!
14:04 I actually love how the radio keeps playing until you lock the car in my 335i 🙈 you learn to love it when you're getting the groceries out of the trunk etc

Guys love your reactions throughout. I transitioned from a manual 125 , M2 and now a man M2CS Missano blue with gold wheels. Car is so useable ( rear seats and boot w/ folding seats) and so enjoyable .....delighted with ticking the manual box. The ride is so sorted as well compared to the bouncing M2.
Don’t worry about been Chris Harris, stick to your thing. If you are ever in Oz here’s an owner that you could meet with lol!

@@TheStraightPipes Love your stuff, but I bought the M2C for value. Chipped it has the same pull. I got lucky and found one of the few left in North East. Must have been a December lucky find. With snows this car is amazing in snow. Keep up the good work fellas.

The M4 of the same generation looks way better. That M4 is one of the best looking cars in the world IMO. New one sucks but the one from the same gen as this M2 CS is damn near unbeatable in terms of looks, but that's just me

I waited for this car to become available last year, but ultimately I decided to get the M2 Competition - having an armrest with a wireless charger and a fixed suspension setup, while saving some money at the same time, just made more sense to me, and I still think it was the a better choice. The only thing I miss is this CS misano blue paint color 🎨
